Losing run stretches back to early 2018 but ran well from his falling mark when 3 lengths second of 13 over extended 10f here 2 weeks ago. Strike rate does temper enthusiasm, though.
Going the right way for new yard this season, landing 10f handicaps at Chester/Pontefract, staying on well on each occasion. Longer trip promises to be within range and one to be positive about again.
Fairly useful handicapper who ran well when runner-up on yard debut at Chester in May but hasn't been in the same form since.
Left previous efforts in his wake when scoring on handicap debut at Leicester (10f, soft) in May. Similar form in defeat both starts since but he remains low-mileage at this sort of trip.
Progressive filly who got off the mark at Newbury (12f) in June, getting on top late in the day. Similar form when third back there next time and she remains one to be positive about.
Won at Ayr (1m) at 2 yrs. Fairly low-key start to present campaign but more like it eased in weights/grade when fourth at Haydock (10.2f) 3 weeks ago.. However, this tougher again.

Reina Del Mar (2/1), Chalk Stream (5/2), Tombolo (10/3), C'mon Kenny (4/1), Baltic Baron (15/2), Eclipse De Lunar (17/2), Mark Of Gold (12/1), Shake A Leg (16/1), Carlos Felix (28/1)
A competitive race of it's type with the vote in favour of REINA DEL MAR. A progressive 3-y-o, she got off the mark on handicap debut at Newbury (12f) in June and backed that up with a good third back there last time without being seen to best effect. She's the type to do better still and can come out on top. Wednesday's Sandown scorer C'mon Kenny and the thriving Tombolo can also feature.

- C'MON KENNY
- TOMBOLO (FR)
