Useful handicapper at best but left Marcus Tregoning for just 800 gns and little encouragement last 4 starts. Blinkers tried.
3-time winner in 2020 who proved at least as good as ever when second at Sandown (5f) on reappearance. Perhaps found race coming too soon when well held at Yarmouth 13 days later.
Stepped up on her reappearance run when fifth of 7 in handicap (6/1) at Carlisle (5.8f, good) 8 days ago, though once again didn't convince with her attitude. Cheekpieces on for 1st time.
Best effort this season when second of 7 in 6f minor event at Pontefract 18 days ago, better placed than most but clear of the remainder. Ought to remain competitive back in handicap company.
Won a pair of 6f novices at Wolverhampton in 2020 for Jim Goldie and took a step back in the right direction when third at that venue 4 days ago, but remains unproven on turf.
Maiden who was shaping up well in a visor (left off here) earlier in the year, finishing full of running at Newcastle on final outing in March. Given a real chance by the handicapper.
Lightly-raced sort who clicked all of a sudden when making all in 6f handicap at Ripon May. Failed to repeat that effort at Doncaster last time, though.
Returned to form when scoring at Kempton in March. Found just one too good over C&D in May but is ungenuine and wasn't in the same form at Goodwood last time.
Fair ex-French 1m winner who is easing in the weights but looked unsuited by the drop to 6f at Doncaster last time.

Forecasts
Macho Pride (7/2), Water Of Leith (5/1), Where's Mick (5/1), Twist Of Hay (11/2), Thornaby Pearl (7/1), Motarajel (10/1), Peachey Carnehan (10/1), Madrinho (12/1), Seneca Chief (12/1), Impressor (20/1)
WHERE'S MICK's best efforts have come on the all-weather, but he's been given a real chance by the handicapper on this return to turf, so receives the tentative vote. Macho Pride posted a good second in a minor event at Pontefract recently and should remain competitive back in a handicap from an unchanged mark. Seneca Chief perhaps found Yarmouth coming too soon and is worth another chance.
