Stepped up on previous hurdles form when runner-up at Uttoxeter (19.9f, good). Now tried in cheekpieces and he's of strong interest upped in trip for this handicap debut.
Winner of just one of his 16 starts in this sphere and was pulled up in a Taunton handicap in March. Little impact on the Flat last time and he's one to swerve.
Game front-running display when scoring on the Flat in July. Unable to replicate that back over hurdles so far, but down in the weights ahead of this debut for new yard and he's not without hope.
Has improved with cheekpieces enlisted the last twice, latterly opening his account in a 9-runner handicap hurdle at Southwell (24.3f, good). More needed up 7 lb, but merits respect nonetheless.
Belatedly opened her hurdles account at Fontwell (21.8f, good) in May. Good second over the same C&D next time and she should be on the premises once more.
Hasn't got her head in front for a while, but returned to form when runner-up in a Ffos Las handicap hurdle (23.8f, good) at the end of May (early faller over fences since). Cheekpieces refitted.
Showed more encouraging signs for the switch to handicaps, keeping on for second at Fontwell (21.7f, good to firm) on penultimate start. Below par since, though, and needs to get back on track.
Losing run stretches back more than 4 years, but he has fallen a long way in the weights and gave cause for hope when third here (2½m, good to soft) 15 days ago. Now tried in cheekpieces.
Mere glimmers of ability so far and improvement was not forthcoming on last month's handicap debut at Stratford (18.7f, good).
Produced by far his best effort yet over hurdles when a close third at Ffos Las (2½m, good) in May. However, added to what has become a patchy record when only seventh of 12 over the same C&D since.
Finally off the mark in 12-runner handicap hurdle at Warwick at the beginning of May, but hasn't come close to matching that form in 2 subsequent starts (over fences last time).
Back to winning ways in 8-runner handicap hurdle at Ludlow (15.7f, good) 3 starts back, but subsequent efforts have lacked spark and stamina to prove here.
Lightly-raced in recent times and doesn't look to retain a great deal of ability.
Hasn't made much of an impact since switched to handicaps and he's 4 lb 'wrong' at the weights.

It took JOSIE ABBING thirteen attempts to get her head in front over hurdles, a feat she achieved at Fontwell in May. However, that was no flash in the pan judged on her subsequent near miss at the same course and she gets the nod. Get An Oscar is feared back in this sphere, while handicap debutant Lelantos also merits respect, along with recent Southwell winner Pinnacle Peak.
