Has edged down to a good mark and produced an excellent second over C&D 7 days ago. Capable of going one better if the race doesn't come too soon.
Lightly-raced type ho failed to improve for a switch to handicaps when eighth at Kempton 23 days ago. Others make more appeal.
Last seen scoring at Southwell 6 months ago and is fully effective on turf. Career-best required on first start for new yard, though, and fitness isn't assured.
Both wins over 1m on Newcastle's tapeta, just holding on in a tight finish when gaining the latter in May. Excuses at York next time, so no surprise if he bounces back.
Fairly useful, 3-time winner on AW for Mark Johnston who wasn't at his best towards the end of last season and has started poorly for his current yard this term.
Clear signs of ability on debut at Newcastle in April and back on track when a staying-on fourth in novice at Goodwood last time. Return to this trip should suit, so worth noting on handicap bow.
Bred to be better than this mark and has shaped with encouragement on each of his 3 outings to date, not knocked about when fifth in novice at Thirsk last time. Open to improvement now handicapping.
Career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Brighton in April and was only narrowly beaten into third there last time. Going the right way, so makes plenty of appeal.
Debut winner last term but has looked temperamental since, notably so on first outing since leaving Tim Fitzgerald at Carlisle last time. Hard to fancy.
Fair maiden who performed with credit at Brighton 17 days ago, just running out of steam late on. Looks a possible non-stayer up in trip, though.
Best effort when fourth at Beverley second start but latest run was a bit underwhelming and the handicapper has taken no chances with opening mark.

Forecasts
Qasbaz (11/8), Rocket Dancer (11/2), Uraib (13/2), Bahia Star (15/2), Mellys Flyer (8/1), Frog And Toad (14/1), Night Terrors (14/1), Canzone (33/1), Bavardages (40/1), Light Lily (40/1), The Sedberghian (50/1)
QASBAZ is handicapped to win and looked back to his best when runner-up here last week, so he's preferred to the progressive Bahia Star, who arrives on the back of a good effort at Brighton. Uraib has a bigger performance in her and the return to this trip should suit, so she's another one to consider.
