Forecasts

Regal Vega (7/2), Maxine (4/1), Saratoga Gold (6/1), The Whipmaster (6/1), Rewired (7/1), L'Operateur (8/1), Currency Exchange (10/1), Big Boy Bobby (10/1), Thomas Cochrane (16/1)

Verdict

BIG BOY BOBBY failed to make an impact on his handicap debut at Salisbury, but he is entitled to come on for that seasonal reappearance and there should be more to come from Roger Charlton's charge, who showed promise in 3 starts as a 2-y-o. Regal Vega is very much of interest now pitched into a handicap, but The Whipmaster may emerge as the main danger now faced with a stiffer test.
