Resumed winning ways at Hexham (2m) at the start of last month. Midfield in Swinton Hurdle next start and back to form when runner-up at Kelso (2m) 12 days ago, staying on. Can go well again.
Useful at best over hurdles for Olly Murphy. Out of sorts when last seen during second half of last year but has fallen in weights and just the type his yard excel with. One to note in betting.
Fair winner on Flat and landed handicap hurdles at Uttoxeter/Plumpton last year. Good third on return at Southwell (15.8f) in March but not in same form at Sandown since. Needs to keep errors at bay.
Progressed from low base last term, winning 3 times at upto 19.6f. Better than ever when going in on return at Ludlow (15.7f) and not seen to best effect when midfield here (20f) since. Not ruled out.
Front runner who took his form up a level when making all on handicap debut at Bangor (16.6f) last month. That wasn't a strong race but only up 3 lb and still low-mileage from handicapping perspective
Fair hurdler who enhanced good record at Fakenham (2m) in March, cashing in off 5 lb lower mark. Creditable fourth at Uttoxeter (15.7f) a couple of weeks back but mark looks about right.
Promise initially in juvenile hurdles and dispelled pair lesser efforts when making all in a handicap at Newton Abbot (16.7f) in April, keeping on well. One of only two 4-y-os and fancied to go well.
Struggled in line with stiff opening mark in strong handicaps in March but showed first form in Britain when third in Plumpton maiden in May. Switched yards since and revised mark much more suitable.
Becoming well treated and confirmed himself back in some sort of form when third at Ludlow (15.7f) last month, hanging badly left late on. Undergone wind op since and operating from career low mark.
Sole success over hurdles came in Kempton novice (2m) back in spring 2019. Didn't go on from promising return last term but likely Warwick run in May was needed and assessor has afforded him a chance.

Forecasts
Roar (9/2), State Crown (9/2), Cotton End (13/2), Caddyhill (7/1), Nordic Combined (8/1), Long Call (17/2), Fiesole (10/1), Get Back Get Back (12/1), Glimpse Of Gold (14/1), Vision Clear (16/1), Burgundy Man (50/1)
A leap of faith is required in supporting VISION CLEAR given he arrives on the back of just one career victory over hurdles/a below-par effort at Warwick in May. However, he's tumbled in the weights and with some solid efforts under similar conditions to call upon last summer, a much better showing can be expected. Fiesole, on debut for Richard Newland, State Crown and Roar are also shortlisted.
- VISION CLEAR (GER)
- FIESOLE
- STATE CROWN (IRE)
