In excellent form on the AW this year but looks out of her depth on her return to turf.
Returned from 6 months off to win a 1m Sandown listed race in August, dictating a steady pace. Far from disgraced when close fifth of 6 in similar event at Goodwood on return and should go well again.
Progressive type who signed off last season with win in listed race at Naas (heavy, 12/1) by 3 lengths. Good efforts in defeat in Group 3s at Naas/Lingfield both starts this term. Place prospects.
Fairly useful winner in France and made a respectable start for new yard when fourth in listed race at Nottingham (6.1f, heavy) on return. Set a tall order here, however.
Useful filly who won a couple of handicaps last season. Unable to land a telling blow in listed events since, however, including at Kempton on return, so opposable at this level. Headgear on.
Doncaster maiden winner in August and maintained progressive theme when runner-up in Rockfel at Newmarket. Never involved in Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf final start. Off 7 months.
Newbury maiden winner last autumn and improved a good deal when just failing in Fred Darling there on reappearance. Perhaps not seen to best effect in 1000 Guineas since and can bounce back.
Useful performer but looks exposed and surprise if she's good enough.

Forecasts
Statement (7/4), Maamora (7/2), Parent's Prayer (4/1), Posted (4/1), Illykato (6/1), Nazuna (15/2), Lottie Marie (12/1), Tomorrow's Dream (14/1), Queen Kahlua (25/1), Thank You Next (28/1)
Not the strongest of Group 3s and STATEMENT is fancied to make the breakthrough in pattern company. Still relatively unexposed, she shaped well when second in the Fred Darling and is well worth another try at this trip having been ridden too aggressively in the 1000 Guineas. Maamora and Posted are feared most, especially if either are allowed to dictate.
