Back on the scoresheet at Warwick in April. Bombed out back there 15 days ago, but he's dangerous to discount returned to this course (form figures at Ffos Las read 621122).
Now 10 lb lower than for his latest success at Uttoxeter last March, but he has cut little ice in 5 subsequent appearances.
Pulled up first 2 starts in hunter chases for previous yard, but latest third in that sphere at Chepstow represented a big step forward and he's of interest starting out for Christian Williams here.
Hasn't won for a while, but probably would've bucked that trend had he stayed on all fours at Chepstow in April. Respectable third over this C&D since and, now 2 lb lower, he's worth considering.
Much improved in cheekpieces when opening his account in handicap chase at Chepstow in April. However, subsequent effort at Warwick was lacklustre and connections now roll the dice with blinkers.
Runner-up in a Wincanton handicap hurdle in November. Stepped up on chase debut display when fourth of 11 at Warwick last time and place possibilities if able to build on that off 2 lb lower here.
Dual point winner who hasn't disgraced himself switched to this sphere the last twice, latterly fourth in an 8-runner Exeter handicap. Still, others make more appeal for win purposes.
Strike rate is hardly compelling (1-29 under Rules), but that solitary success was gained off this mark over fences at Fontwell last summer and his latest Exeter effort was creditable. Merits respect.
Landed a gamble on yard debut at Wetherby last spring. No real impact in 6 subsequent starts, though, beaten over 20 lengths when third to stablemate Shattered Glass at Chepstow last time.
Point winner who hasn't acquitted himself badly switched to fences the last twice, but will need to improve for the fitting of a tongue strap in order to open his Rules account.
Not disgraced back from a lengthy absence at Worcester in April, but took a step in the wrong direction next time and others make more appeal.
Three-time winner over fences in France. Yet to strike on these shores, but efforts over this C&D and at Fakenham on his last 2 starts suggest that he could be competitive in this contest.
Modest maiden hurdler for Olly Murphy and offered little in 4 starts switched to fences for Lady Susan Brooke. Set for another struggle on debut for new yard.

Forecasts
Kapsize (13/2), Robin Of Sherwood (13/2), Et Apres Thou (7/1), Isla Di Milano (7/1), Clondaw Rigger (8/1), Auld Sod (10/1), The Dawn Man (11/1), Henri Morgan Parry (11/1), Mr Jim (11/1), Shattered Glass (12/1), Three County's (16/1), Blackjacktennessee (18/1), Lure Des Pres (20/1), Glance Back (50/1)
BLACKJACKTENNESSEE is of interest on debut for Christian Williams, having produced much his best effort to date when runner-up in a hunter chase at Chepstow last time. Robin of Sherwood clearly goes well here and he has to enter calculations, while Kapsize is also considered, along with the Philip Hobbs-trained duo Auld Sod and Et Apres Thou.
- BLACKJACKTENNESSEE
- ROBIN OF SHERWOOD (IRE)
- KAPSIZE (FR)
