Over 2 years since he last hit the target, but several good efforts to his name in recent months, rallying after a mistake when third down at 2m 12 days ago.

Winner at Perth in September and resumed progress in first-time cheekpieces when runner-up the following month. Has disappointed since, though.
Promise in bumpers. Fair form at best in 5 attempts over hurdles since, held when hampered 2 out in handicap company at Southwell 3 weeks ago. New headgear on back up in distance.
Modest form in bumpers/over hurdles to this point but was in the process of running well falling 2 out (in second at the time) at Plumpton last month.
Lost his way for Olly Murphy and has offered no encouragement over fences for new stable. Back from a break on the back of a wind op.
Very hard to win with and on the back of a brace of in-frame efforts, he failed to continue the good work in first-time blinkers here 3 weeks ago. Cheekpieces and tongue tie now on.
Scored over fences in summer 2019 and easily effort since when third in a 21.5f handicap at Ludlow last month. Eased further 2 lb and looks well weighted.
Showed a bit more in first-time blinkers after 6 months off when fifth of 14 in a 2m novice at Uttoxeter. Similar form when mid-field in a handicap over same C&D and now looks ready for this far.
Lightly-raced maiden who didn't seem to stay over 19.6f on the back of a wind operation so stamina a worry again.

Forecasts
Shanroe Tic Tec (3/1), Frau Georgia (9/2), Bizerta (5/1), Bagan (7/1), Petite Dame (15/2), Lord Apparelli (8/1), Remember The Man (8/1), French De Guye (16/1), Mon Port (28/1)
BAGAN caught the eye from his much-reduced mark at Ludlow last month, and with a fully-fledged rider back in the saddle, he makes plenty of appeal. Shanroe Tic Tec seems sure to give it another good go, with Petite Dame also of interest.
