Foaled January 21. Fulbright colt. Half-brother to 1¾m-2m winner Dazzling Rock. Dam, 13.4f/1¾m winner who stayed 2¼m. This may prove a sharp enough test given pedigree on debut. Best watched.
Lightly raced gelding who has yet to better modest form in handful of starts to date and likely he'll come up short again in this field.
Prince Of Lir colt who showed ability when runner-up on debut in a Bath novice (5f) in April, taking second final 1f. Handy draw to work from and progress not ruled out.
Foaled March 16. £50,000 yearling, Caravaggio colt. Half-brother to several winners, including useful 9.5f-1½m winner Birch Grove and 2-y-o 6f winner Ski Slope. Market should guide on debut.
55,000 gns son of Kodiac who was prominent in the betting and offered plenty to work on when second in a Windsor novice (5f) on debut last month, running on late. Sure to improve and sound claims
Foaled April 11. £12,000 Zoffany filly. Dam unraced granddaughter of 1m (at 2 yrs)/10.4f (Musidora Stakes) winner Time Away. Yard can ready a newcomer so worth a check in the betting for clues.
Speedily-bred filly who showed plenty of ability and only just failed to get off the mark in a Redcar minor event (5f) last month, Yard do well at this venue and expected to be firmly in the mix.

Forecasts
Zoltan Star (5/6), Russellinthebushes (11/4), Mercurial (13/2), Sir Min (10/1), Graftonat (33/1), Fifteen Summers (40/1), Forever Bright (50/1)
ZOLTAN STAR was prominent in the betting and showed plenty to work on when runner-up on debut at Windsor 24 days ago, noted running on late. He's likely to have derived plenty from that and earns the vote to come out on top operating from the plum draw in stall 1. Russellinthebushes looked sharp when just touched off at Redcar and is feared most, ahead of Mercurial.
- ZOLTAN STAR
