Best effort for some time when fourth of 10 in a C&D handicap 3 weeks ago. Task is to now build on that in first-time cheekpieces.
Snapped a losing sequence stretched out over 3 years in a 20.3f handicap at Newcastle 3 weeks ago. Runner-up has won since and 6 lb rise is very fair.
More like it with a brace of in-frame efforts in maiden/novice company in August. Failed to improve for switch to handicaps to end 2020 and now tackles 3m for first time.
Promise in his 3 bumpers last year. Quiet start over hurdles, but had a breathing operation prior to handicap debut and he showed more when third at Stratford. Up in trip.
Last got his head in front back in June 2017 and beaten a long way all 4 starts this term.
Landed a hat-trick in staying handicap hurdles in 2019, but not in the same form all 3 starts last year. Plenty to prove on return to action.
Point winner who has shown a bit in novice hurdles this year. Could do better now handicapping up in distance.
Log way below last winning mark and much more like it when runner-up at Wetherby a month ago (3m). Must now back that effort up.
Work-in-progress in bumpers/novice hurdles and improved showing when keeping on for second on handicap debut at Hexham (23.3f) in September. Looked in need of the run over C&D in March.
Promise in bumpers but little to get excited about over hurdles so far. Hopes rest on marked step up in distance.
Won 3 times over fences in 2018 for Fergal O'Brien. Struggled over hurdles for John O'Shea and no upturn for current yard this year. Usual tongue tie back on.
Lost his way for Chris Grant in 2019. No immediate upturn in his fortunes for Tim Vaughan and now back up in trip.
Largely in good form over hurdles since joining this yard. Went with no zest when a distant last of 2 finishers at Fakenham in January and now back over smaller obstacles.
Veteran who has tumbled in the weights but stopped the slide when third over C&D in March. Same mark here, and he's dangerous if on a "going" day.

Lemon T (9/2), Ballycrystal (5/1), Felton Bellevue (7/1), Robsam (15/2), Hear The Chimes (15/2), Canastero (10/1), Classic Ruler (11/1), Mamoo (11/1), Ballymilan (11/1), Blunder Buss (16/1), Jonjoela (16/1), Layerthorpe (18/1), Mr Mcguiness (20/1), Outlaw Jesse James (20/1), Quivvy Lough (25/1), Mighty Leader (33/1)
BALLYCRYSTAL finally cashed in on a falling mark at Newcastle 3 weeks ago, and with the runner-up successful since, that form looks solid. Campaigned over this sort of trip for his previous yard, he retains handicap scope up 6 lb so the follow up is a distinct possibility. Canastero and Hear The Chimes head the opposition.

- CANASTERO (IRE)
