Smashing mare who won this in 2018. Landed a Newbury listed chase this winter. Suffered a rare jumping lapse in Grand National latest but every chance she'll bounce straight back.

Grade 3 mares' winner over 21f at Fairyhouse in January. Could only manage midfield finish in Irish Grand National on first start for Willie Mullins but likely to do better for this yard before long.

Taken well to fences this term, including Graded wins at Navan (2m) and Limerick (22.5f) in March. Enough to suggest she's still in form when fifth in Fairyhouse Grade 1 latest. Good shout.

Latest win in chase at Cork in October. 22/1, 5¼ lengths fourth of 5 to Elimay in listed chase at Fairyhouse (21f, good to soft) 27 days ago. Consistent sort who ought to give her running again.

Four wins this season, including 3 chases. Well-held fourth in AW Flat maiden 9 days ago (sole start for Kieran Cotter) but should be more at home back over fences for another new trainer.

50/1, much improved when 1¼ lengths second of 5 to Elimay in listed chase at Fairyhouse (21f, good to soft) 27 days ago. Nicely treated back in handicap if that effort taken at face value.

Dual chase winner in 2019 but off 10 months prior to pulling up in a Killarney handicap last July and absent again since. Hardly a solid option but dangerous to discount given who trains her.

Forecasts

Scarlet And Dove (3/1), Agusta Gold (4/1), Waitnsee (6/1), Salsaretta (8/1), Court Maid (17/2), Rapid Response (9/1), Demi Plie (14/1), Abbey Magic (18/1), Magic Of Light (18/1), Contingency (25/1), Ellie Mac (28/1), Bridge Native (50/1), Flirting Lesa (150/1)

Verdict

Dual Graded scorer SCARLET AND DOVE looks feasibly treated off an opening mark of 140 and can round off an excellent first campaign over fences with another win here. Agusta Gold was unable to land a serious blow when fancied for the Irish Grand National recently but it's unlikely to take her too long to click for this yard. 2018 winner Magic of Light also merits a place on the shortlist.
