Capitalise on a much-reduced mark in convincing fashion at Hexham last time. Hard to know if he'll back that up, but remains with plenty of handicapping scope.
Fair chaser who twice ran respectably in the autumn and boasts a good record fresh, so worth considering with a tongue tie back on.
Signed off last season by landing a 2¾m handicap chase at Musselburgh and is now 3 lb lower following a considerate return from a long absence at Kelso in March. One to consider back up in trip.
Unreliable sort who has just one creditable effort to his name this term. Enthusiasm appears to be waning.
Respectable third at Ayr when last seen 173 days ago and last two wins have come at this course when fresh, so bold showing expected.
Is a long time without a win and didn't offer much on debut for current stable in handicap chase at Wexford recently. Others preferred unless market speaks in his favour.
Notched 3 wins in 2019 but hasn't offered much encouragement in two starts back from a long absence this term.
Has dropped a long way in the weights and took a firm step back in the right direction when runner-up at Newton Abbot 19 days ago. Definite claims if he's in the same mood.
Dual 3m Musselburgh scorer either side of Christmas and has generally remained in form, albeit seeming firmly in the handicapper's grip.
Has been out of sorts for a while, so hard to make a case for despite tumbling mark.

Forecasts
Eagle Ridge (10/3), Thomas Todd (7/2), Hedgeinator (6/1), Gangster (15/2), Katalystic (8/1), Late Date (8/1), Chanceiton (9/1), Benny's Secret (14/1), Tyrrell's Succes (28/1), Craiganboy (33/1)
An open veterans' event in which it might be worth taking a chance on KATALYSTIC. His last two visits to this course when fresh have been successful ones and he looks primed for a big run. Gangster and Hedgeinator both returned to form last time and remain well handicapped on old form, so are obvious dangers.
- KATALYSTIC (IRE)
- GANGSTER (FR)
- HEDGEINATOR (IRE)
