Below par for new yard over hurdles this season but has been running well in jumpers bumpers last 2 starts at least.
Kelso maiden winner who ran well when second in a Grade 2 there last season. However, yet to build on respectable chase bow on return, including back over hurdles. Wind op, and headgear now applied.
Produced his best effort to date in this sphere when second at Newbury and backed that up when not beaten far in competitive event at Haydock. Enters calculations.
Done well since joining this yard, successful at Perth and Lingfield during the autumn and good second both starts since, though further 7 lb rise seems on the harsh side.
Improver since switched to handicaps, benefitting from the step up to 3m+ at Uttoxeter in August and Warwick in September. Shaped as if needing the run back from a break at Newbury last time.
Responded well to headgear when belatedly building on a promising reappearance to win at Exeter 16 days ago, well on top finish. Should stay this far and needs considering.
Fairly useful hurdler who had a light campaign and shaped well when good third of 15 at Haydock 19 days ago. Likely to stay easy 3¼m and seems sure to go well again.
Dual bumper winner who arrives having doubled her hurdles tally at Taunton (23.9f) 49 days ago, looking well served by the longer trip under her useful claimer. This is tougher.
Fairly useful hurdler/chaser but ended the previous campaign completely out of sorts and looked moody on return in September.
Got back on the up in first-time cheekpieces when winning 11-runner handicap hurdle at Hereford (25.5f, soft) but just respectable fourth off revised mark at Warwick since.
Backed up maiden win here with good second in novice hurdle at Ayr. Not disgraced in handicaps since and has eased in the weights.
Has returned very much on the up, confirming reappearance promise with ready win at Kelso in December. Caught out by drop in trip at Musselburgh next time but shaped as if amiss at Kelso since.

REPUBLICAN has had a light campaign and seems sure to go well again for his in-form yard having shaped well at Haydock. Steal A March responded well to this headgear when scoring at Exeter and remains unexposed, while Iwilldoit arrives in top form so is another for the shortlist back down in class.
