Better efforts since switched to handicaps, clear of the rest when chasing the progressive J'Ai Froid home at Doncaster (24.4f, soft) last time. Now tried in cheekpieces and he's high on the list.
Still a maiden, but improved when runner-up twice around the turn of the year. Another creditable effort when third off this mark at Musselburgh (23.8f, good) last time and cheekpieces now enlisted.
Runner-up in a handicap chase at Musselburgh on penultimate start, but his profile is patchy and no great surprise that he failed to build on that effort back in this sphere next time.
Wide-margin maiden point winner in January 2020, but absent since coming up short in that sphere 2 months later and he's 0-9 under Rules. Sports a first-time tongue strap/visor here.
Won 3 on the bounce in 2017 (including twice here), but more miss than hit since and well held both starts since returning from a break last month.
Best effort when fourth of 17 in 21.6f handicap at Exeter under this jockey in December. Pulled up when tried in cheekpieces (discarded here) at Taunton last time, though, and others make more appeal.
Now very well treated on his best form, but failed to build on encouraging Ayr third in a 3m handicap chase when down the field at Newcastle recently. Probably best watched back in this sphere.
Third over fences at Hexham in September and again placed back in this sphere at Musselburgh on New Year's Day. However, needs to bounce back following a rather tame last-time-out display.
Signed off last term with a win and followed up on return at Ayr in October (awarded race in stewards' room). Below par last 2 starts, but definite chance if first-time cheekpieces work the oracle.
Equipped with first-time cheekpieces (retained here), she showed a bit more when seventh of 16 upped to 20.3f at Newcastle in March. This further increase in trip should suit and she's not discounted.
Yet to trouble the judge in over hurdles and though not entirely disgraced back from 18 months off at Ludlow in November, a significant step forward is required here.

Forecasts
Morozov Cocktail (10/3), Bretney (5/1), World Trip (11/2), Arnica (11/2), Espoir Moriviere (15/2), A Ladies Milan (8/1), Onlyfoolsownhorses (16/1), Comeonthebull (16/1), Panic And Run (22/1), Buckled (25/1), So Satisfied (40/1)
This represents a good opportunity for MOROZOV COCKTAIL, who chased home a well-treated, progressive type at Doncaster and that is the best recent form on offer here by some way. Like the selection, Arnica and Espoir Moriviere are also equipped with first-time cheekpieces and cases can be made, but a bigger threat may be posed by World Trip, who shapes as though she'll relish this stiffer test.
- MOROZOV COCKTAIL (IRE)
- WORLD TRIP
