Useful handicapper and successful 3 times in a busy 2019 campaign. Missed all of last year, which has to be a worry, but he is in very capable hands.
Progressive handicapper, winning twice at Newmarket (10f) prior to a career-best second at Goodwood (9.9f) in July. Raced awkwardly on reappearance but ran well in form terms, finishing runner-up.
Started career in bumpers and made second Flat start a winning one at Lingfield in December. Never able to land a blow at that track a month later and looks in need of a stiffer test of stamina.
Improved when landing back-to-back C&D handicaps last summer. Ended last season with a couple of placed efforts, latterly at Doncaster and he may yet do better still this term.
Ayr specialist, winning 3 times at that track during the summer. Ended campaign with a rare poor effort and he may just need this reappearance.
Newmarket maiden winner at 2 yrs and largely creditable efforts in handicaps at up to 1½m last season. Mid-field in the Spring Mile on reappearance and 2 lb ease in the weights will help.
Second success of year when winning small-field contest at Newcastle in February. Denied a clear run last time so that run can be overlooked and he's equally as effective on turf.
All the better for reappearance when landing a C&D contest in June. Several solid efforts after and returns just 2 lb above that mark.
Haydock winner last June and added to his tally at Wolverhampton in December. Series of solid efforts in defeat since, and this slight step back up in trip will aid his cause.
Disappointing in a very light 2020 campaign so has a fair amount to improve on return from 6 months off.

Forecasts
Zabeel Champion (2/1), Mascat (10/3), Fishable (4/1), Howzer Black (17/2), Benadalid (9/1), Society Red (14/1), Wait For The Lord (18/1), Glasses Up (22/1), Waarif (33/1), Mukhayyam (66/1)
A mid-field run in the Spring Mile will have blown away the cobwebs for MASCAT and a subsequent 2 lb ease in the weights coupled with the booking of a full-value apprentice make him of serious interest. Fishable and Benadalid lack race fitness but both tasted success over this C&D last term and may yet have more to offer.
