Made perfect start to 2020 when recording back-to-back wins at Doncaster and Ascot. Not in quite the same in very competitive handicaps at the end of the summer but capable when fresh. Player.
Latest win at York in October. 33/1, bit below form eighth of 15 in handicap at Doncaster (6f, good) on reappearance 17 days ago. Visor back on. Could be sharper now.
Blinkered first time, career best when winning 12-runner handicap at Chelmsford City (5f) when last seen in October, making all. Remain relatively unexposed for a sprinter but no headgear on return.
Third win since joining this yard when posting a career best to see off 6 rivals at Bath (5f) 8 days ago. This is a slightly better race but he's still much respected under a 5 lb penalty.
Five-time C&D winner, the latest last August. 28/1, seventeenth of 21 in Portland at Doncaster (5.6f, good to firm) when last seen in September. Won on his reappearance in 2019.
Pair of 5f Musselburgh wins last autumn. Respectable return to action when fourth of 13 in handicap there 11 days ago, nearest finish. Another to consider.
Drawn a blank since 2019 Ayr Bronze Cup success but did finish second at Haydock last September. No great record first time up so perhaps watched this time.
C&D winner off 5 lb higher last August. Sharper for a couple of runs on AW at Newcastle in recent weeks. Interesting runner.
C&D winner. Latest win at Newcastle in October. 12/1, good third of 10 in handicap at Newcastle (5f) on reappearance 19 days ago. Likely to be in the shake-up.

Forecasts
Jawwaal (4/1), Queen's Order (4/1), Victory Angel (11/2), Nibras Again (13/2), King Of Stars (15/2), Muscika (15/2), Saluti (17/2), Ginger Jam (12/1), Music Society (16/1)
A useful sprint. JAWWAAL has a solid record first time up so perhaps this classy sort can concede weight all round on his reappearance. King of Stars is yet another success story for the Mick Appleby team and rates a threat under a penalty for his Bath success. Paul Midgley pair Saluti and Nibras Again have seen some action on AW in recent weeks and are also respected in an open race.
