Ran well both starts in 7f events at 2 yrs, beaten narrowly here 175 days ago. Can surely pick up a race.
Twice-raced gelding. Last of 6 in minor event (18/1) at Chester (6.1f, good to soft). Off 7 months. Significantly up in trip. Others make more appeal.
Twice-raced gelding. Sixth of 11 in minor event at Redcar (8f, good to firm, 28/1) 8 days ago. More needed.
Once-raced colt. Third of 8 in minor event at this course (7.1f, 4/11) on debut 82 days ago. Looks certain to improve stepping up in trip by a furlong and has to be respected.
Once-raced gelding. Last of 7 in minor event (250/1) at this course (10.2f) on debut. Off 133 days. Down in trip. Impossible to fancy.
Galileo colt. Dam, Australian 6f winner, half-sister to useful Australian 5f-1m (including Group 2/3 events) winner Shumookh. Yard can ready a newcomer and one to note in the market.
800 gns yearling, War Command colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 2-y-o 6f winner Dutch Gallery and 7f winner Alioski. Easy to look elsewhere.
Promising individual. 14/1, third of 14 in minor event at Kempton (8f) on debut 41 days ago, nearest finish. Shaped as though he'd improve plenty and looks the one to beat.
Twice-raced filly. 25/1, fourth of 8 in minor event at this C&D 61 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Difficult to recommend.

Forecasts
Cordouan (11/8), Victorious Night (5/2), Malhoob (3/1), Shaaher (5/1), Mabdaa (50/1), Smart Boyo (100/1), Fred Bear (100/1), Oh So Quiet (150/1), Mr Luigi (250/1)
VICTORIOUS NIGHT shaped very encouragingly at Kempton, green and staying on well late once the penny dropped. He should have learnt plenty for that outing and can take a big step forward here. Malhoob should also improve from his promising run here in January when very well backed and the extra furlong should suit. Cordouan was only just denied here in October and can't be ruled out either.
- VICTORIOUS NIGHT (IRE)
- MALHOOB (USA)
- CORDOUAN (FR)
