Posted best effort at fourth attempt when winning 6-runner bumper (6/1) at Musselburgh (good) 13 days ago. Needs another big step forward to figure here, though.

Elle Est Belle²²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Harry Skelton| T: D Skelton| OR: 123| CD

5/2

Made winning bow over C&D before dead-heating in Cheltenham listed contest in November. Excellent third to Sir Gerhard in Champion Bumper back at Cheltenham 22 days ago. Wouldn't dismiss.

Form: 113

Glimpse Of Gala¹⁰⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: C E Longsdon| OR: 111

200/1

Fairly useful form in bumpers without success, creditable third of 13 to Rainyday Woman in listed bumper at Huntingdon when last seen out in December. Faces uphill task on her return.

Form: 3273

Mansoline²⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: G Sheehan| T: Christian Williams| OR: 110

50/1

100/1, but no fluke when making winning debut in 14-runner bumper at Warwick (soft) 25 days ago. Plenty more is needed in this company, however.

Form: 1

Me Too Please²²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Rachael Blackmore| T: A L T Moore| OR: 106| D

14/1

Off 12 months before landing 15-runner bumper at Down Royal (good to soft) 22 days ago. Plenty more to find if she's to trouble the principals in this higher grade, though.

Form: 4-1

Milans Edge⁴⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: B S Hughes| T: D McCain Jnr| OR: 107

66/1

Won sole start in points before (11/10) overcoming greenness to make a winning bow under Rules in Wetherby bumper (heavy) 44 days ago. Has more to offer, but this is much more demanding.

Form: 11

Mind Sunday³⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: N de Boinville| T: N J Henderson| OR: 117

25/1

Well held in pair of Irish bumpers a year ago. Had wind op before vastly improved to comfortably land Newbury bumper (good) on stable debut 34 days ago. More is needed but she's not ruled out.

Form: 00-1

Miss Lamb⁸²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: J Garritty| T: Jedd O'Keeffe| OR: 114

20/1

Winner on Newcastle debut over a year and followed up on Wetherby return in November. Found only the classy Eileendover too strong at Market Rasen (form is working out) last time. Solid place claims.

Form: 1-12

Step To The Top²⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: Jack Kennedy| T: L Morgan| OR: 117

40/1

Showed useful form when placed in bumpers last term for Noel Williams. Not so good this season but posted fair sixth in refitted hood at Sandown last month. Big step forward needed for new yard now.

Form: 322-36

Swincombe Fleat²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: S Bowen| T: A J Honeyball| OR: 118

40/1

Progressive form in bumpers, opening her account at Fontwell in January before 40/1-fourth of 16 in listed event at Sandown (heavy) 26 days ago. No forlorn hope.

Form: 414

Wheres Maud Gone^t1³⁸

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Mr Derek O'Connor| T: L Morgan| OR: 118

12/1

Has created good impression in landing bumpers at Thurles (for Sam Curling) in November and Ayr (travelled strongly) last month. Tongue strap on. Not totally dismissed with more to come.

Form: 11

Eileendover⁸²

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: Paul O'Brien| T: Mrs P Sly| OR: 127| D

1/1

Flat-bred filly who easily landed a pair of junior bumpers before emphatic winner of listed event at Market Rasen (heavy) in January by 6½l from Miss Lamb. Form has been franked, and the one to beat.

Form: 111

Finest View⁶⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: Tom Cannon| T: A King| OR: 103

33/1

Passing Glance sister to 4 winners and made the ideal start when landing an AW bumper at Lingfield 40 days ago. This is much tougher but there's improvement on the cards for last year's winning yard.

Form: 1

Heartbreaker⁹

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: Harry Cobden| T: M L W Bell| OR: 107

66/1

Cable Bay half-sister to 5 winners on Flat who (9/4) scored readily on debut in 7-runner bumper at Fakenham (good) 9 days ago. This is a lot more demanding, however.

Form: 1

Tweed Skirt²⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: James Bowen| T: N J Henderson| OR: 119

33/1

Martaline filly who built on Wetherby debut success when 5½l third of 16 to Flirtatious Girl in listed event at Sandown (heavy) 26 days ago. Another step forward is needed in this higher grade.

Form: 13

Forecasts

Eileendover (1/1), Elle Est Belle (5/2), Wheres Maud Gone (12/1), Me Too Please (14/1), Miss Lamb (20/1), Mind Sunday (25/1), Tweed Skirt (33/1), Finest View (33/1), Step To The Top (40/1), Swincombe Fleat (40/1), Mansoline (50/1), Milans Edge (66/1), Heartbreaker (66/1), Code Name Lise (66/1), Bella Bluesky (150/1), Glimpse Of Gala (200/1)

Lots of these are open to improvement, but EILEENDOVER has looked a very smart filly in going 3-3 in bumpers and Pam Sly's star is fancied to take this step up in class in her stride. C&D scorer Elle Est Belle is feared most on the back of her excellent third in the Champion Bumper with Miss Lamb, Mind Sunday and Finest View appealing as the pick of the remainder.
