Jack Yeats³⁸

Fairly useful on Flat and made promising start to hurdling career (for John Halley) when third at Limerick last summer. Disappointing in varied events for current yard since, though.

9/4

Won on hurdle debut in France in May and didn't run too badly when fourth on Sandown yard debut. Poor run at Doncaster since but jumped to his right so return to a right-handed course may help.

Form: 148

Gale Force One¹⁵

Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler Ferocious but tailed off in a couple of novice hurdles this winter.

Forecasts

Mackenberg (2/5), Paros (9/4), Jack Yeats (10/1), Gale Force One (100/1), Shoughall's Boy (200/1), Coopers Boy (300/1), Lyndale (300/1)

MACKENBURG ran well in a Kempton Grade 2 last time and this looks a good opening for him unless a return to a right-handed track sparks a revival from Nicky Henderson's Paros.
