Winning hurdler/fairly useful chaser in France. In and out form this season, failing to build on runner-up effort at Ayr in January when down the field at Carlisle 12 days ago. Hard to predict.
Dual novice hurdle winner earlier in career who has been very lightly raced in recent seasons. Failed to build on reappearance fourth when remote third at Fakenham in November. Off again since.
Maiden but still in with a chance when falling 2 out at Uttoxeter last month and creditable 8 lengths second at Carlisle (2m) 12 days ago. Back up in trip.
Fair hurdler who ran well on his second chase start when runner-up at Musselburgh (2½m), beaten only by a handicap blot. Respectable fifth over 23f at Taunton since. Player back down in trip.
Fair 2m winner over hurdles. Not disgraced in jumpers bumpers at start of year but remote fourth back hurdling at Sedgefield last month. Distant last of 7 sole previous chase start.
Winning hurdler. Made encouraging chase debut when third in 2m handicap at Hexham in October but hasn't come close to reproducing that in 3 outings since. Bounce back needed.
Fair jumper in Ireland. Left previous efforts in Britain behind when justifying market support in 2½m Musselburgh handicap 20 days ago. Up 8 lb but remains with handicapping scope on peak form.
Landed a pair of Ayr handicap chases at the start of 2019. Couple of creditable efforts in defeat last season but has been struggling for form this term. Blinkers/tongue tie refitted.
Fairly useful hurdles winner in October 2019. Hasn't come close to matching that since, including in 3 handicap chases this term. Hard to fancy.
Fair but error-prone maiden chaser for Charlie Mann. Has left that yard since finishing well held over hurdles at Warwick in September. Well treated on best but can still only really be watched.

Forecasts
Road Warrior (9/4), Roxboro Road (7/2), Sunny Express (7/2), Beat Box (5/1), Maid O'Malley (6/1), Big Chief Benny (13/2), Jembug Drummer (11/1), Tabou Beach Boy (12/1), Caboy (16/1), Fiddlers Bow (18/1), Zen Master (33/1)
An open race. SUNNY EXPRESS perhaps didn't quite see out 23f at Taunton last time and is the suggestion. This is a quick turnaround for Road Warrior after Newcastle on Saturday but he's still much respected as he goes in search of the hat-trick. Recent Musselburgh scorer Roxboro Road is also on the shortlist.
