14/1

Never seriously involved but did hint at retaining his ability after 23 months off when ninth of 17 in handicap hurdle at Taunton (19f, heavy, 40/1) 58 days ago. Should strip fitter here.

Tipalong Tyler^p²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-12| J: Joe Anderson⁽³⁾| T: K Woollacott| OR: 100| CD

6/1

Overall profile is one of steady progression and she typically found plenty when scoring at Doncaster in December. Remained in good form there 4 weeks ago and this C&D winner should be in the mix.

Form: 143713

Uisce Ur^p⁴⁶

Age: 9| Weight: 11-9| J: K Brogan| T: B Pauling| OR: 97

8/1

12/1, career best when winning 18-runner handicap hurdle at Doncaster 46 days ago, responding well. Not long with this stable and only up 5 lb, so liable to go well again.

Form: 843-5F1

Late Shipment^p⁴³

Age: 10| Weight: 11-8| J: Harry Kimber| T: Mrs N S Evans| OR: 96| D

22/1

Temperamental sort capable off this sort of mark when in the mood but was below form after a further 8 weeks off at Bangor 43 days ago.

Form: 62P5-F5

Avantgardist²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-7| J: Philip Armson| T: Henry Oliver| OR: 95| C

15/2

Fair hurdler who failed to improve for first-time cheekpieces after 6 weeks off when well held at Doncaster 4 weeks ago. Mark eases a touch but more needed to feature.

Form: 50-5094

Gentleman Farmer^b1⁸⁶⁰

Age: 9| Weight: 11-4| J: William Marshall| T: R G Hawker| OR: 92

33/1

Made a successful handicap debut at Towcester in first-time cheekpieces in May 2018 and got back on the up when scoring at Ffos Las 5 months later. Off since so hard to assess with blinkers applied.

Form: 080101/

Goodnight Charlie^v²³

Age: 11| Weight: 11-2| J: Mr Nathan Brennan| T: C Fryer| OR: 90| C| D

20/1

Course winner. Shaped as if retaining ability after 9 months off when fourth over 3m here in December but pulled up on both starts since. Back over timber but difficult to assess at present.

Form: P65-4PP

Bigbillrigley³⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 10-9| J: Callum McKinnes| T: A Phillips| OR: 83

80/1

Failed to complete on 2 of his 3 starts between the flags, and well held completed start over hurdles. Significantly up in trip for handicap bow.

Form: PP/4-U0P

Dysania²²

Age: 6| Weight: 10-7| J: Archie Bellamy| T: K Woollacott| OR: 81

40/1

Well held in a bumper and 4 hurdling outings, including when upped in trip for handicap debut last time. Raedily passed over.

Form: 00708

Loch Garman Aris^p⁴³

Age: 11| Weight: 10-7| J: Tom Midgley⁽³⁾| T: G Hanmer| OR: 81

14/1

Bumper winner who showed he retains plenty of enthusiasm after 22 months off when runner-up in 23f handicap hurdle at Bangor 43 days ago. Task is to now back that effort up.

Form: 63433/2

Harry Haze³⁷

Age: 9| Weight: 10-6| J: Niall Moore⁽⁵⁾| T: P C Dando| OR: 80

10/1

Still a maiden, but stepped up on reappearance when 6 lengths fifth of 12 in handicap hurdle at Ludlow (3m, soft) in December. Made little impression at Chepstow since and is now stepped up in trip.

Form: 635-756

Eaton Miller^p⁵

Age: 9| Weight: 10-5| J: Mr Caoilin Quinn⁽³⁾| T: R Potter| OR: 79

13/8

Unreliable sort but has run well all 3 starts over fences for this yard, showing improved form to resume winning ways at Uttoxeter 5 days ago. Should be bang there from same mark back over timber.

Form: 275-231

Realms Of Fire¹²¹

Age: 8| Weight: 10-3| J: Kai Lenihan⁽³⁾| T: L Allan| OR: 77

100/1

Poor maiden hurdler for Dan Skelton. Fell in a couple of points last year and offered little back in this sphere on stable debut/reappearance so impossible to recommend here. Has since moved trainer.

Form: 8/85FF-P

Connie Wilde⁴⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 10-0| J: Corey McGivern⁽⁶⁾| T: L Wadham| OR: 73

11/1

Little show in 3 maiden hurdles and fared little better for the switch to handicap company when well behind Uisce Ur at Doncaster (24.4f, soft, 16/1) 46 days ago. Improvement needed to feature.

Form: 7-6P59

Forecasts

Eaton Miller (13/8), Tipalong Tyler (6/1), Avantgardist (15/2), Uisce Ur (8/1), Harry Haze (10/1), Connie Wilde (11/1), Loch Garman Aris (14/1), Camron De Chaillac (14/1), Goodnight Charlie (20/1), Late Shipment (22/1), Gentleman Farmer (33/1), Dysania (40/1), Bigbillrigley (80/1), Realms Of Fire (100/1)

EATON MILLER is in fine heart at present and Ryan Potter's charge is taken to gain his second win in a week as he bids to follow up his victory over fences at Uttoxeter 5 days ago. It looks a shrewd bit of placing and he can gain his first success over the smaller obstacles. Uisce Ur looks sure to be in the mix up 5 lb for his Doncaster success, with Tipalong Tyler another worth considering.
