Left Newbury bumper run well behind when winning 2m Huntingdon novice on hurdle debut in October. Beaten at short odds at Stratford but back on track when second at Musselburgh (15.6f) last time.
Created good impression in making a winning start in Ffos Las bumper and overcame inexperience to follow up on Chepstow hurdle bow, but underwhelming up in trip at Taunton last time. Must bounce back.
In frame all 3 starts in bumpers and confirmed hurdling debut promise when off the mark in 2m Fakenham novice 17 days ago, despite still showing signs of greenness. May do better still.
Showed plenty of ability when runner-up sole start in bumpers and did the same sent hurdling when pulling clear with another promising one here (16.8f) 26 days ago. Will improve.
Unbeaten in bumpers and has gone close on each of his 2 starts in 16.8f maiden hurdles at Exeter. Likely to benefit from this step up in trip and remains with potential.
£300,000 Oscar gelding. Landed sole start in points and went like the best horse before the absence possibly told when second in an Aintree maiden (20f) in October. Good deal more to come.
Showed ability without being seen to best effect when fifth in a Worcester bumper on debut (good form). Folded quite tamely at Ascot a year later, so bit to prove now going hurdling after a break.
Runner-up sole outing in points and ran well at big odds starting out under Rules when second in 13-runner bumper here (16.8f) 26 days ago. Will need to improve again now tackling timber.
€10,000 3-y-o, Fame And Glory mare. Dam unraced sister to bumper winner Find A Key. Probably best watched on debut unless the market suggests otherwise.

Forecasts
Karl Philippe (6/4), Astigar (11/4), Sheldon (4/1), Killer Kane (11/2), Prince Escalus (12/1), Hurling Magic (12/1), Seelotmorebusiness (16/1), Off The Planet (66/1), One Fer Mamma (80/1), Morning Gloria (250/1)
ASTIGAR pulled clear with another promising one on his hurdling debut here last month and is open to a good deal of improvement now stepping up in trip, so he's fancied to come out on top. There's no doubt Karl Philippe can win one of these if brushing up on his jumping, with Killer Kane another interesting contender back from a break, especially with his yard showing clear signs of a revival.
