Form: 3U2/21P-

Kilbrew Boy²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-11| J: Mr Charlie Case⁽⁷⁾| T: B I Case| OR: 107| BF| CD

6/5

Landed this race from a 5 lb higher mark 12 months ago and, back under today's pilot he ran creditably when fourth over hurdles at Market Rasen (23f) recently. Possibilities in follow-up bid.

Form: U3-4754

Kilcara²⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-8| J: Mr James King| T: J Scott| OR: 104

10/1

Landed a novices' handicap chase at Warwick (2m) in spring 2019. Lightly raced since and whilst her first start for 13 months may have been needed in November, she was beaten some way out.

Form: U/1272-7

Llancillo Lord^h,t⁴²

Age: 10| Weight: 11-6| J: Ned Fox⁽⁷⁾| T: R Potter| OR: 102

9/1

Age: 7| Weight: 11-6| J: Miss Thomosina Eyston⁽⁷⁾| T: C L Tizzard| OR: 102

15/2

Yet to strike form in two runs this season, including when well held fifth at Warwick (20f) on his latest start in September. Mark is easing all the time at least. Cheekpieces fitted.

Form: 234-475

Magic River^t,v²⁷

Age: 9| Weight: 11-3| J: Pte Alexandra Bell⁽⁷⁾| T: M F Harris| OR: 99

13/2

Shed maiden tag at Stratford (19.5f) in July 2019 and matched that level when second on return at Plumpton (19.7f) in October. Well held in a stronger affair since but not dismissed out of hand.

Form: F/414-25

Nativegetaway^p¹¹

Age: 7| Weight: 10-13| J: Alice Stevens⁽⁷⁾| T: Mrs H R J Nelmes| OR: 95

100/1

Still a maiden and no promise in trio of starts over fences/hurdles for present stable in recent months. Can only be watched.

Form: 6-658PP

Cropley^p⁴⁶

Age: 11| Weight: 10-3| J: Miss Jodie Hughes⁽³⁾| T: D Burchell| OR: 85| C| D

12/1

Landed a gamble to make a winning chase debut at Worcester in May 2018. Seemingly hard to train since and he offered little on the back of 15 months off at Ffos Las in October.

Form: 5136/2-0

Forecasts

Kilbrew Boy (6/5), Magic River (13/2), Fresh New Dawn (7/1), Battle Of Ideas (15/2), Llancillo Lord (9/1), Kilcara (10/1), Cropley (12/1), Saffron Wells (20/1), Nativegetaway (100/1)

A competitive opener with the vote in favour of KILBREW BOY. He landed this race last year under today's pilot from a 5 lb higher mark and signalled a return to form when fourth over hurdles at Market Rasen recently. Fresh New Dawn has knocked on the door over fences and is feared, along with Llancillo Lord.
