14/1, winning debut on soft ground at Hereford last month. Stable has been in excellent form since and there's every chance he can defy a penalty.
40/1, showed ability when third of 9 on C&D debut in September but the form has taken a couple of knocks since. This doesn't look the deepest bumper but he'll still need to improve to go close.
16/1, beaten just over 20 lengths when third on Newcastle debut in March and he'll need to step up a fair bit on that bare form to play a leading role on his return.
€5,000 Westerner gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdlers Dahills Hill and Mossy White. Worth a precautionary market check for a stable which has had a few run well on the Flat of late.
Kayf Tara gelding. Dam unraced half-sister to bumper winner/smart hurdler Augusta Kate out of unbeaten bumper winner/very smart hurdler Feathard Lady. Brian Hughes up for debut. Betting should guide.
Sent off second favourite when falling in Larkhill maiden point in March. Stable back among winners in recent weeks. Another for whom market should provide more clues.
Desideratum gelding. Dam 2½m hurdle winner. Stable 0-26 in bumpers in last 5 seasons so watching has to be the percentage call.
Point winner. 8/1 and hooded, no match for a promising sort on his C&D Rules debut last month but he did see off 10 other rivals. Likely to be thereabouts.

Forecasts
Dobryn (6/4), Northern Falcon (11/4), Tardree (7/2), Risk D'Argent (11/2), More Beer (22/1), Cheeky Ches (25/1), Fabuleux Du Clos (80/1), Skipness (80/1)
Sam Thomas has had 6 winners from only 11 runners in November so there's every reason to believe DOBRYN can build on last month's Hereford debut success. Tardree may have bumped into a smart sort when a remote second on his C&D Rules debut 5 weeks ago and looks good for another placed finish. Northern Falcon, who is the mount of Brian Hughes, and More Beer are newcomers to note in the betting.
- DOBRYN (FR)
- TARDREE (IRE)
