Good second on handicap bow at Market Rasen on final start of last season. Ought to come on for recent reappearance spin at Exeter, but improvement needed now tried in cheekpieces.
Didn't shape at all badly when fourth in a 12-runner Uttoxeter maiden hurdle on return/debut for new yard. However, failed to build on that pitched into a handicap last time.
Made winning Rules debut in 2m Wincanton mares' maiden hurdle last term. Well held next 3 starts, but travelling best when falling 2 out at Exeter (21.6f) last time and she needs considering.
Best effort yet when hitting the crossbar in a 10-runner C&D handicap 11 days ago. Nudged up 2 lb for that, but each-way claims if able to build on it.
Fairly useful on the Flat and showed ability switched to this sphere last season. However, no show in trio of runs this time round and needs to get back on track now handicapping.
Failed to complete on 2 of his 3 starts last season, but put in good late work when fourth of 9 on return/handicap bow at Ascot (19.3f). 1 lb lower now and this step back up in trip should help.
Bumper winner here on debut in May 2019, but needs to better what he's shown in 4 starts in this sphere if he's to make a meaningful impact. Has undergone wind surgery.
Respectable handicap debut effort when fifth of 11 at Ascot (19.3f) earlier this month. Stepping up in trip here should be in her favour and possibilities if responding well to first-time cheekpieces.
Ended last season on a very low-key note, but justified market confidence in good style when making a successful return/debut for new yard in a handicap hurdle at Chepstow (19.4f). Obvious claims.

Forecasts
Mr Washington (11/4), Towards The Dawn (16/5), Whoopsey (13/2), Get The Appeal (8/1), General Probus (9/1), If Karl's Berg Did (9/1), Steady Away (11/1), Cubao (12/1), Mandalayan (25/1)
The Tom Symonds yard is enjoying a real purple patch and MR WASHINGTON, who did the job well when making a winning start for the stable at Chepstow a fortnight ago, should prove hard to beat despite going up 8 lb. Get The Appeal was in the process of posting an improved effort when falling 2 out at Exeter and has to enter calculations, but Towards The Dawn is preferred for forecast purposes.
- MR WASHINGTON (IRE)
- TOWARDS THE DAWN
- GET THE APPEAL (IRE)
