2019 Arkle winner (for Willie Mullins) who went winless last season despite some reasonable efforts in Graded company. New yard will need to draw improvement out of him if he's to land this.

Forecasts

Defi Du Seuil (6/5), Put The Kettle On (7/4), Rouge Vif (3/1), Riders Onthe Storm (13/2), Duc Des Genievres (8/1), Forest Bihan (33/1)

DEFI DU SEUIL looked the pick of this division before his underwhelming run in the Champion Chase so, now freshened up, he's worth a chance to get back on track in his bid to land this for the second year running. Rouge Vif is the main threat after his demolition job on reappearance and Arkle-winning mare Put The Kettle On shouldn't be ruled out.
