Form: 44437/P

Road Warrior^p,t¹⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-7| J: K Yeoman⁽⁷⁾| T: R Menzies| OR: 99

9/1

Yet to win, and following a good comeback second over further here after wind surgery, he folded tamely at Kelso 3 weeks ago. No rush to back him.

Form: U6P6-24

Ashjan¹⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-5| J: Thomas Dowson| T: Miss S E Forster| OR: 97

50/1

Form: 60746-6

Cybalko^p,t⁷

Age: 7| Weight: 11-1| J: Jonathan England| T: S England| OR: 93

5/2

Maiden who attracted support and ran better than for a while when third behind Muroor and Grand Coureur over C&D last week, denied a run entering straight and keeping on well. Cheekpieces back on.

Form: 454943

Armattiekan^b⁸^{(ex 7)}

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: B S Hughes| T: D McCain Jnr| OR: 85

15/8

Opened account off a career-low mark in 20.3f Musselburgh handicap chase last week, not jumping particularly well but forging clear. Big shout under penalty if keeping the mistakes down.

Form: 36-6431

Casimir Du Clos²⁵

Age: 8| Weight: 10-12| J: Sam Coltherd⁽³⁾| T: W Coltherd| OR: 90| C

12/1

Form: 150R2-0

Grand Coureur^b,t⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 10-2| J: Alan Johns| T: O Greenall & J Guerriero| OR: 80

11/2

Successful return at Southwell (20.4f) in July and has held his form well since, splitting Muroor and Cybalko here last week. Others preferred for the win again.

Scorpo^b⁸

Age: 9| Weight: 10-0| J: Luke Scott⁽⁷⁾| T: V Thompson| OR: 72| C

100/1

Sole win came over plenty further here in April 2019. Little impact since, unseating first on recent return at Musselburgh.

Form: 2PP37-U

Forecasts

Armattiekan (15/8), Cybalko (5/2), Grand Coureur (11/2), Oak Vintage (7/1), Road Warrior (9/1), Casimir Du Clos (12/1), Roxboro Road (12/1), Muroor (14/1), Ashjan (50/1), No Ceiling (100/1), Scorpo (100/1), Pierlow (150/1)

ARMATTIEKAN did well to win so easily at Musselburgh last week having given the fences little respect and he can follow up under a penalty. Cybalko looks to be coming to the boil and makes more appeal than Muroor and Grand Coureur who were in front of him here 7 days ago. Oak Vintage is also considered back at this venue.
