Has won 7f handicaps at York and Ascot this year. Not so good when seventh of 8 at Newmarket (7f, 9/2) 33 days ago but is a C&D winner and could bounce back with Ray Dawson back up.
7/2, won 6-runner handicap at Chelmsford City (7f) 39 days ago, driven out under Ryan Moore. Class act, admirably consistent and should go well again up 4 lb.
7/1, creditable third of 9 in handicap at Chelmsford City (8f) 14 days ago, not ideally placed. Won this last year when on a roll. Wouldn't rule out again.
C&D winner. Fourth of 5 in handicap (14/1) at Goodwood (8f, soft) 36 days ago. Will find weaker races.
C&D winner. Latest win at Doncaster in August. 10/1, sixth of 9 in handicap at Leicester (7f, heavy) 16 days ago. Others more persuasive.
Dual winner as a juvenile. 7/1, very good second of 6 in handicap at Chelmsford City (7f) when last seen, just failing. Off 134 days. Interesting under Buick.
Successful on debut last year when also placed in the Superlative Stakes. Off 15 months. Makes polytrack debut and handicap debut. Sprinting might be more his bag and entitled to need this.
6/1, didn't need to improve to win 12-runner handicap at Chester (7f, good to soft) 48 days ago, keeping on well. More needed and overall record on AW not convincing.
Beat a smart rival at Salisbury (7f) in 2019 and has returned from a long time off with good efforts in Doncaster handicaps, faring best of those held up. Big shout.

Forecasts
Ghalyoon (2/1), War Glory (5/1), Oh This Is Us (5/1), Huraiz (7/1), Documenting (8/1), Magical Wish (8/1), Maxi Boy (14/1), Silent Attack (25/1), Sir Maximilian (50/1)
Usually a good handicap and GHALYOON has cracking claims having run big races at Doncaster upon his return this year. A well-bred lightly-raced 5-y-o, his form stacks up and he's surely up to winning a race like this. Oh This Is Us spearheads a strong Richard Hannon challenge and looks a big player, while Huraiz is also interesting under Buick after 4 months off.
