Regressive form over hurdles for Ms Margaret Mullins in Ireland, leaving that yard for £10,500 in May 2019. Shaped quite well in a 2m maiden on stable debut in March and this trip will suit.

Forecasts

Robin Gold (9/2), Lily The Pink (9/2), Outonpatrol (11/2), Mystic Dreamer (11/2), Shantung (6/1), Methag (10/1), Hawthorn Cottage (10/1), Dinos Benefit (12/1), Noble Glance (22/1), Miss Tynte (40/1), Our Dot's Baby (40/1), Golden Glory (66/1)

Verdict

OUTONPATROL was expertly prepared by Alan King to make a winning reappearance/handicap debut at Warwick a month ago, and with the prospect of plenty more to come, a 5 lb rise should be within range. There's depth to this race though, with Lily The Pink and Shantung returning from a break with something to recommend them.

  1. OUTONPATROL (IRE)
  2. LILY THE PINK
  3. SHANTUNG (IRE)
