Foaled January 30. 200,000 gns yearling, Dark Angel filly. Dam useful 2-y-o 7f/1m (May Hill Stakes) winner. Makes plenty of appeal on paper and well worth a check in the betting for clues.

Mayson filly who appeals on paper but proved too green to show anything when last of 7 on debut at Hamilton (5f) in September. Likely type for next season on balance.

Well held on debut but more to like about her subsequent midfield effort at Leicester (7f) without being given a hard time. She may well do better in handicaps in due course, however.

Thrice-raced maiden who has showed little in a trio of minor events on turf/AW this summer. Will hold more chance in low-grade handicaps.

Cheap purchase who showed ability when fourth of 7 in a Hamilton minor event last month, likely to have finished closer still but for being carried right inside final 1f. Longer trip promises to suit.

Showed plenty of ability when just edged out on C&D debut but not able to build on that with the hood discarded back here since, albeit far from disgraced. Headgear refitted now and respected.

Mayson filly who has hit the frame both starts to date, latterly when 2 lengths third of 10 at Catterick (5f, heavy) 10 days ago, despite residual inexperience being on show. Step up to 6f should suit

WORDLY WISE showed plenty of ability when beaten narrowly over C&D on debut and was arguably unsuited by the hood being left off when fourth back here next time, proving too free. With the headgear re-instated, she's given the nod to come out on top. There are a host of likely improvers in opposition though, headed up by Canterbury Tales and Wrea Green. Celestial Queen is a newcomer of note.
