Form: 6-7

Eagle De Guye²⁰¹

Age: 6| Weight: 10-12| J: Sean Quinlan| T: R Dobbin

9/1

Placed in his only point back in May 2018, but showed only a bit in a Wetherby novice on hurdling debut in March. Should do better in time.

Form: 6-

Fourth Of July^t²⁴⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Ryan Mania| T: R M Smith| OR: 89

9/1

Placed in a couple of Musselburgh handicap hurdles last season but that only represents modest form.

Form: 6P0329-

Linelee King²⁰⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: R Johnson| T: O Murphy

2/7

Made it second-time-lucky in bumpers with clear-cut success in the mud at Sedgefield in January. Well held in Champion Bumper next time but he's an athletic sort who should do well over hurdles.

Form: 1/210-

Nyoufsea²¹⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: C O'Farrell| T: I Jardine

33/1

Showed a bit on the first of his 2 starts in bumpers but not enough to make him of interest on this switch to hurdling.

Form: 46-

Otello Moor²⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: D R Fox| T: Miss Lucinda V Russell

33/1

Bred to need time and distance and shaped in kind in a Perth bumper last month.

Form: 4

Saint Arvans^h,t¹⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 10-12| J: Dale Irving⁽³⁾| T: M A Barnes

11/1

Related to plenty of winners so not a total surprise he showed more than on hurdling debut when fourth of 12 in a Hexham novice (16.2f) last month. Hood back on.

Form: 80-84

Squire's Tale⁹⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 10-12| J: Sam Coltherd⁽³⁾| T: A B Hamilton

66/1

Fair 12f winner on Flat but just modest form at best in 3 outings over hurdles.

Form: 90-9

The Gap^t¹⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Danny McMenamin⁽³⁾| T: Mrs A Hamilton

80/1

Wasn't beaten far on second bumper outing at Carlisle in March, but that form is hardly solid and he showed nothing in a tongue strap on last month's hurdling debut at Hexham.

Form: 03-0

Bowderek¹¹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-5| J: Callum Bewley| T: Mrs H O Graham

18/1

Useful-looking mare who was a good second here on her sole start in bumpers. No impact completed starts over hurdles this summer, though.

Form: 2-83U

Non-Runners

Blakeney Point⁴⁶

Weight: 11-4| Age: 7

T: D McCain Jnr J: B S Hughes

Forecasts

Linelee King (2/7), Blakeney Point (11/8), Fourth Of July (9/1), Eagle De Guye (9/1), Saint Arvans (11/1), Bowderek (18/1), Nyoufsea (33/1), Otello Moor (33/1), Billy Bathgate (50/1), Squire's Tale (66/1), The Gap (80/1)

LINELEE KING impressed in bumpers last season and looks an above-average recruit to hurdling, so he's taken to prove too strong for Blakeney Point, who carries a penalty for a decisive win at Bangor in July.
