Butchered his rivals with a superb jumping display on return at Uttoxeter but unable to dominate from a 6 lb higher mark back there a month on. Down 2 lb and this track should suit him well.

Contested some hot handicaps after her successful comeback at Chepstow last season and this course winner returns on a tempting mark. Interesting.
Made a good start in handicap chases last season, making all at Huntingdon and Doncaster. Work to do off current mark on return though and hasn't completed in 2 previous runs here.
Made winning return in a novice hurdle at Bangor before chasing home Western Miller at Uttoxeter. Like his rival though, wasn't so good back there last time. Down 2 lb and cheekpieces back on.
A model of consistency and has added a couple of Newton Abbot novice hurdles to his tally this summer. Ran a cracker off this mark on last go over fences and seems sure to go well from the front.
Finally put it together over fences on return at Market Rasen (17.2f) but bombed out 7 weeks on at Fontwell off this mark and has plenty to prove again. Up in trip.
Fairly useful hurdler/chaser still not fully exposed in this sphere and should have come on for last month's Newton Abbot return over timber. Wouldn't dismiss.
Lurks on his last winning mark and fair runs both starts since the resumption, not seen to best effect at Uttoxeter latest. Back up in class here.
Three-time winner in 2019 when also second in the Grand Sefton at Aintree. Shaped as if amiss back from 7 months off/wind op at Uttoxeter recently though and bit to prove now.
Goes well at Stratford, successful twice there last season and runner-up on his last 3 starts this summer. This is tougher stepping up in trip now.

Forecasts
Templepark (11/4), Mercian Prince (11/2), At Its Own Expense (6/1), Storm Control (17/2), Western Miller (17/2), The Bay Birch (9/1), Monsieur D'Arque (10/1), Poker School (11/1), Atlantic Storm (11/1), Wishfull Dreaming (33/1)
The admirable TEMPLEPARK looks the safest option having won a couple of Newton Abbot novice hurdles since running a fine race off this mark on his last go over fences there in July. He faces firm opposition for the lead but should be too strong for the red-hot Fergal O'Brien yard. At Its Own Expense and The Bay Birch head up the dangers.
