Ran about his best race over hurdles when beaten just over 2 lengths at Southwell last month, looking suited by the drop back to 2m. Back up in trip ahead of chase bow. Headgear applied.

It could be worth chancing SILENT ENCORE, who pulled clear of the remainder when runner-up at Huntingdon in March, and the drop back in trip could suit given how he travelled that day. Game In The Park showed promise on his chase bow/sole start for Ben Pauling and should improve on that, while Vue Cavaliere paid the price for a mixed round of jumping at Market Rasen and can bounce back.
