This step up in trip should help unlock improvement in unexposed 3-y-os JOHN JASPER and Wondrous Words. With the Roger Varian yard going great guns, Wondrous Words is not passed over at all lightly but John Jasper, who went close despite carrying his head awkwardly under pressure at Ayr last time, is marginally preferred.
