Signed off for 2019 when landing gamble in 7f Wolverhampton handicap but yet to hit form since the restart, only ninth back there last time. No surprise to see him bounce back with Oisin Murphy up.
In fine form over 7f since the restart, scoring at Wolverhampton and fourth of 11 at Lingfield off career-high mark last time. Firmly in the mix.
Latest win over this trip at Kempton in June and not disgraced off 6 lb higher when sixth of 12 back there last time. C&D winner too so shortlisted.
In the frame all three runs for new yard since resumption, not quite getting home over 7.6f when fourth of 8 at Lingfield 11 days ago. Worth considering back to bare 7f now.
Latest win over 6f at Kempton in June but his recent form on turf is not so encouraging, below-form sixth at Salisbury (7f) 16 days ago. C&D winner back in 2018 but needs more now.
Both his wins in 2019 came over C&D but he's yet to hit top form this summer, only seventh in handicap at Doncaster (7f) 10 days ago. Mark is falling but he still needs to step forward.
Ended light juvenile campaign with Newcastle victory and returned with excellent third in 7f handicap at Haydock, finishing strongly having been bumped at the start. Interesting off unchanged mark.
Improved upped to 7f when landing Redcar handicap and did well in circumstances back at 6f when staying-on third of 11 at Pontefract 11 days ago. Merits serious consideration now at his optimum trip.
Still a maiden but improved for the fitting of hood when sixth of 15 in handicap at Doncaster (7f) 10 days ago, caught further back than ideal. Headgear retained and dropped 2 lb so not taken lightly.

PROCLAIMER was an eye-catcher on his return at Haydock when not getting the rub of the green so is fancied to make amends here off the same mark. There are plenty of dangers though, headed by Lincoln Gamble now he gets back over 7f, while a good case can also be made for Redemptive and Rusper's Lad in an intriguing handicap.
