Modest in bumpers and similar form to this point over hurdles. Headgear back on after a particularly lacklustre run at Uttoxeter 16 days ago. Tricky to fancy.

Modest maiden on the level and in this sphere. Reported to have bled back from a year off in Flat event just 18 days ago. Twice placed here and return to this trip will suit.

Has won back-to-back Flat handicaps at Bath in good style the last twice. Had 3 quick-fire runs over hurdles last season and interesting now handicapping in this sphere for in-form yard.

Not seen since 2017/2018 (lame final start) but the subject of support on a couple of occasions back then and returns with his yard in fine form. Could be worth chancing on handicap debut.

Right back to form when running into a promising improver at Uttoxeter (23.3f) last time. Still seeking a first victory but taking on the novices again now.

Much improved despite still looking green when second in handicap at Catterick (25.3f) in January. Well beaten in cheekpieces (off now) on return here 36 days ago, though, and has now had a wind op.

Winning Irish pointer who has looked limited on balance under Rules, badly hampered 3 out but looking awkward in first-time tongue tie/cheekpieces here 25 days ago. Visor tried now.

Forecasts

Little Saint (3/1), Hidden Depths (10/3), Racing Spirit (7/2), Booyakasha (4/1), Forchena (7/1), Wherewouldugetit (12/1), The Darley Lama (14/1), Timetobenefit (14/1), Ardglass Star (16/1), Jesse Jude (22/1), Dorado Dollar (25/1), Havana River (33/1), Gold Man (66/1), Strategic (125/1)

Verdict

It could be worth chancing BOOYAKASHA back from a long absence. His in-form trainer can certainly ready one and a mark of 93 could underestimate him on his handicap debut if ready to roll. Hidden Depths has been in fine form on the level and could have more to offer in this sphere. Little Saint can also have a good case made for him.
