C&D winner who ran creditably after nine months off at Bangor last time with the that beat him relatively unexposed/progressive types. Despite that good run he still looks a little vulnerable to any similar sorts in this field, there are one or two.
Bumper winner who is starting to find his feet in handicap hurdles finishing second in his last two after wind surgery. Only beaten by a handicap newcomer last time,, should stay this longer trip, one for the shortlist off just 2lb higher.
Improved in handicap hurdles for Nicky Richards going close on a couple of occasions back in 2018 prior to unseating his rider on sole chase start for Dan Skelton. Fell in a point-to-point in March, makes debut for this yard, note market forces.
Continues to slip in the weights over hurdles with recent form very in-and-out, even when tried on the Flat in June. Never got competitive on his last hurdling start over 19.9f here behind Yes No Maybe So (runs earlier on the card), limited appeal.
Modest at best in bumpers and not really performed beyond that level over hurdles failing to improve for a move into handicaps last two starts. Ran poorly when last seen at Newton Abbot over 26.5f (pulled up), hard to make a case.
Lightly-raced sort who showed improved form when making his handicap debut here over 19.9f last month his overall performance suggesting there was more to come. Up 7lb, won with a bit to spare last time, solid chance if getting this longer trip.
First form since finishing second in a small-field Leicester (20.5f) heavy ground novice hurdle last December when fourth at Stratford last time. Shaped as though he would be better for the run, of more interest now he makes his handicap bow.
Maiden of fairly long-standing (0-14) who has yet to make any real progress for this yard in handicap hurdles. Glimmer of hope provided by a better run after a wind op last time but no guarantee that he will be able to back up that C&D fourth.
Still a maiden but to be fair he has run some creditable races over hurdles in handicap company, placed on several occasions including his last run. Kept on well behind a runaway winner last time (beaten 16L), not discounted but would need to step up
Made the frame a couple of times earlier in the year in weak handicap hurdles, ran to a similar level on his return at Southwell (24.3f). Beaten 10L into second he now has to show that he can build on that run off the same mark.
Point-to-point winner who has made very little impact in varied events over hurdles including a handicap debut at the start of the year. Dropped 8lb from her initial mark the handicapper gives her a chance, would need a market move to support.
Merely underlined her inconsistency when last seen at Taunton over 19f failing to back up what was a creditable run the time before. 6lb out of the handicap would be a surprise winner given her overall profile.
Made a greater impact than previously despite being out of the weights over C&D last time although his form generally had been going downhill. Still a maiden though, will do well to get involved from 11lb out of the weights.

Modest but still a competitive end to the card where there are one or two where the betting may give clues as to their expectations. Hello Fellas making his debut for the Fergal O’Brien stable would be one of those his previous handicap form making him of interest. Bendy Bow and looks another for whom improvement could be likely now he steps into this sphere with Handy Hollow setting the standard for this heat. Present Chief has gone close in his last two starts and looks sure to do so again but he might just have run into another improver in FREDDY FANATAPAN who scored over shorter here last time. Despite a 7lb rise he should still have some progression within him.
