Shaped a bit better than the bare result at Bangor on chase debut last month, made good ground before tiring after a late mistake, and conditions here look ideal. Hood now tried to help him finish off better, and this is a winnable race.
Worcester winner back in 2018 but nothing since, and has appeared to be on the downgrade for some time. Needs a change of scenery (first start for new yard) and switch to fences to have a major effect, and that looks unlikely.
Has first start for a new yard tonight, has had two chase starts already, running well in one and excuses for the other. Has had a wind operation, still looks on a fair mark if he can step forward, and yard good with others castoffs.
Early days after just the five starts (all over hurdles) for this yard, but he's not shown a lot. Hardly bred to be jumping fences either, and can only be watched on seasonal debut tonight.
Just the one placing to show for his nine starts to date, but has some scope for fences and some of his hurdles efforts were far from a disaster. Blinkers, on for last three starts, are missing though, and he returns off an absence; best watched.
Bred to make a better chaser than hurdler, so it was pleasing to see her take to fences at Bangor last month, staying on well for third. Worry is she might be tapped for speed here (bred to stay) but she looks one of the more interesting ones.
Much better effort on Tuesday night at Southwell, looked all over the winner in the home straight until a couple of untidy jumps late cost him victory. Needs to cut those out here but clearly a contender if repeating.
Just the one win in 18 starts but was in the process of running a decent race at Bangor on chase debut last month, just getting the worst of the argument when coming down at the last. As long as confidence not affected, chances off the same mark.
Hard to find many positives about his chances, readily held in a handful of novice/maiden/claiming hurdles and although he has a few useful chasing relatives, he looks modest and has little chance here.
Clearly has some ability, and was in the process of runnig another good race at Market Rasen when falling at the last, but that was his third fall in five starts (hurdles and fences) and he really needs to cut the errors out. Chance if he can.
Has dropped 19lb in four starts since going handicapping over hurdles, which shows you how far he's regressed in a short space of time, and is hardly bred to want a fence either. Still a maiden after 19 starts and looks moderate.
Have to go back to 2017 to find last win, mixed form in six chase starts but ran okay in a novice chase here last September and possible new yard could eke a bit more out of him; can pull hard and usually goes from the front.
Already fully exposed as moderate and has only won one of his 16 starts, that way back in 2016. Faces another uphill struggle here, and not seen out since February either. Little chance.

A big field, but it's quantity rather than quality and there's not many you can fancy. Top weight Aria Rose looks one of the main candidates after her Bangor debut last month where she shaped nicely for a long way, and Unsafe Conduct could take a hand if he's not been affected by his late Bangor fall, but GETAWAYTONEWBAY is bred for the job and would probably have beaten Unsafe Conduct even if he hadn't fallen. She jumped and travelled well there and in the hope this isn't run at a crawl, she can come out on top.
