Just behind Masen on debut here 26 days ago, might have got up given an extra stride or two, as a 66-1 chance. Open to improvement and the sixth was a winner at Galway last week.
New Approach colt improved nicely from debut run to score at the Curragh (7f, yielding; 15-2) last month; runner-up Wembley just touched off since at Galway. Open to further progress.
Quickened nicely on debut to just about prevail over 66-1 chance Charterhouse at this track having started odds-on favourite; open to plenty progress from that effort.
War Front colt off the mark at first attempt in 6f Naas maiden in June; only third in four-runner Cork Group 3 since (4-9fav); likely to be suited by this extra yardage and should go well again.
Off the mark in the stewards' room after suffering interference at Fairyhouse (7f, good to yielding; 7-2) last month; disqualified rival scored next time. More progress to come.
Close second over C&D on debut in June and no mistake when 1-4fav since at Gowran Park (7f, soft to heavy). Has to take another step forward in all probability.
Fairyhouse winner on debut over 6f in June and runner-up over C&D subsequently in auction race; line through the winner gives him plenty to find with Cadillac.
Winning start at Tipperary in 5f maiden in June and since finished 6¾L fifth of nine in Newmarket Group 2 (6f, good to soft; 9-2) won by Royal Ascot winner Tactical. Gained valuable experience there and form is very solid.
Son Of New Approach held off Meala for a winning debut over C&D last month; that filly bolstered the form since with easy Galway win and runs in opening race on this card. Up in trip and open to doing better.
American Pharoah colt was fourth on debut over C&D in maiden contest won by Masen last month having made much of the running; type to do better and seemingly leads the Ballydoyle challenge now.

Forecasts
Cadillac (9/4), Masen (4/1), Van Gogh (6/1), State Of Rest (6/1), Southern Cape (6/1), Military Style (7/1), Mac Swiney (7/1), Vafortino (8/1), Charterhouse (11/1), Swiss Ace (18/1), Reve De Vol (28/1)
Aidan O'Brien has bossed this Group 3 since 2014, winning six on the spin, and the Ballydoyle supremo has sound claims with improvement to come from Van Gogh. He was fourth behind Masen on debut and may do better, with aforementioned son of Kingman is respected for the Ger Lyons team. They might both struggle with CADILLAC, who set a quick time when winning as he pleased on debut over C&D 36 days ago. He's got strong claims with improvement come. Reve De Vol, Militry Style and MacSwiney can all be thrown in the mix.
- Cadillac
- Van Gogh
- Masen
