14-race maiden at up to 7f but not beaten far last two starts. Stepping up 2f here and hood applied first time so has questions to answer but not out of it if he stays.
Veteran seven-time winner but not beyond 1m so stamina has to be a concern. Fallen to lowest ever handicap mark but nto done enough of late to suggest he's going to score here for yard having a quiet time at present.
13-race maiden who had wind surgery last year but hasn't shown any real improvement in three runs this term since. Not disgraced when fifth here last time and extra furlong may help his cause, but others make more obvious appeal.
Dual scorer her over extended 1m but has looked a non-stayer in previous attempts beyond that trip so may again be gasping for air in closing stages here. Still 2lb higher than last winning mark.
Went 30 races as a maiden then struck twice last summer at around a mile, here and at Ayr. Absent 350 days following Ayr triumph and hasn't shown much in two recent outings. Back to last winning mark but not in same form.
Sir Percy gelding who had three runs last year at up to 1m without showing very much. Bred to go further and this trip a step in right drection on handicap bow for good yard. May improve and worth noting for any market support.
Second at Thirsk 1m on handicap bow last month then got up in very last stride back at 7f in Musselburgh h'cap latest. Steps up more than 2f here but gives imrpession he will stay and off just 4lb higher looks a definite contender for honours.
13-race maiden unplaced all three previous visits to this track. Has bits and pieces of form at around this trip but on balance others make more appeal.
Only place in 11 runs came on penultimate start when thrid over 1m in Doncaster h'cap in June. Didn't back that up when fading out of contention at Ayr last time and is tough to recommend off the same mark.
Failed to beat a horse home first three starts this winter on AW and only marginally better when well beaten two starts in handicaps so far at 1m. Up in trip but hard to see that making a notable difference to her fortunes.
26-race maiden who runs from out of the handicap and would be a shock winner on balance of over all form and on evidence fo two modest efforts so far this term.
Ran creditably without winning in two of five starts last year for Richard Hannon at up to 7f but has run badly last two outings for current yard and appears to face a very tough task. First-time visor now applied.

Forecasts
Temper Trap (6/4), Swinging Eddie (6/1), Peerless Percy (6/1), The Brora Pobbles (7/1), Scots Sonnet (17/2), Rosemay (12/1), Carlow Boy (12/1), Chinese Spirit (16/1), Abushamah (20/1), My Valentino (28/1), Dorset Blue (33/1), Jagerbond (50/1), Wildmountainthyme (100/1)
Not many real contenders so recent Musselburgh 7f scorer TEMPER TRAP may well make a very bold bid to follow up over the extra two furlongs. With so many out of form or quite simply of very limited ability a chance is taken on handicap debutant PEERLESS PERCY who didn't show much in three starts last year but is bred to go further and starts his handicap career for a fine yard off a tempting mark. Rosemay won a couple of times last season prior to a long absence and hasn't yet been in the same form since, but any sign of market confidence might be noteworthy. Although he's never raced over this far, Swinging Eddie could prove best of the rest.
