One win in 19 starts, that coming back in 2017, but it wasn't a bad effort when going from the front at Chepstow last time, weakening late to finish fourth. That was his first start since October, so may come on for the run. Has chances.
One win in 13 starts, and that was over hurdles at Kempton last November. Might strip fitter for a recent outing in that sphere at Uttoxeter but overall profile less than convincing. Trip might suit, but he's risky.
Good sized mare but she's only got the one win to show for her 19 tries. Gave it a good go from the front at Windsor last time out (10f) and ought to strip fitter for that. On a fair mark now and worth another try at this trip.
One win in 14 starts, consistent and these conditions no problem, having been runner-up over them in June. Starting to look expensive to follow though, and despite the fact he'll be among the main fancies again today, is clearly beatable.
Three times a winner, all over shorter but does seem to stay this trip fine. In no great form in two starts since racing resumed but big plus is the form of the yard, who are going very well at present. On that, is worth a second look.
Well held at huge prices all three starts to date, and did no better for a step up to 12f last time. Hard to see where even this lowly opening mark comes from, and is hard to fancy.
Yet to so much as hit the frame in ten starts but it wasn't a terrible effort when fourth over this trip at Kempton last November, and he ran okay at a huge price in a better race at Sandown on reappearance. Each-way chances at a likely big price.
Just one win in 33 starts shows you the problem, he simpy doesn't win races and in truth, looks a bit tripless these days. Three moderate efforts since racing resumed hardly makes his case more compelling, either.
No wins or places after seven runs, and only showed a modicum of promise over this C&D two starts back. Trip probably too far at Catterick last time (2m) but all the same, needs a bit of improvement from somewhere.
Still a maiden after 16 starts, but has only had one run for this yard, so could improve for a change of scenery, and best run did come at this trip when second at Kempton at the start of 2019. Profile not that convincing though.
Strike rate isn't great, only one win in 26 starts but does at least handle this track, and just about stays 12f. Well held in a similar grade of race over 1m at Leicester last time and is not one for the mortgage.
Forecasts
Gold Standard (5/6), Toybox (15/2), Global Rock (17/2), Catch The Cuban (12/1), Militry Decoration (14/1), Gorham's Cave (18/1), Arlecchino's Arc (20/1), Alramz (20/1), Sir Gnet (22/1), Klipperty Klopp (28/1), Champagne Castle (40/1)
This field has had 194 runs between them and won just nine, so you don't need to be told that they find winning hard and this race needs treating with plenty of caution. ARLECCHINO'S ARC is responsible for three of those wins and with his yard in good form, gets a tentative vote to make it four. Gold Standard looks sure to be thereabouts but there's a few too many placings for comfort. Militry Decoration will give it a go from the front and Alramz is worth a second look if a big price.
