Both of his career wins have come at Ayr, including recent victory in 6f handicap on latest start 11 days ago. Up 6lb so handicapper is taking no chances but considered.
Kept busy when winning twice as a juvenile but not as good in two starts this term. Out of her depth in Listed company at Ayr (5f) last time and reverts to handicap company off high-enough mark.
Very lightly raced but landed Chester novice contest last term. Raced too keenly on handicap debut at Wolverhampton (7f) last time but mild claims on previous form.
Yet to win in five starts. Ran career-best when neck second in Chelmsford handicap in November before tame tenth at Wolverhampton (6f) next time out. Not seen since November and subsequently gelded.
Already kept busy this term, winning at Beverley (5f) in June. Not as good off 6lb higher mark at Pontefract (6f) next time and only gets some respite in the handicap. Others appeal more.
Only raced three times. Career-best came when fourth at Wolverhampton (7f) two starts ago before poor eighth at Leicester (6f) last time out. One who ought to do better at this level.
Yet to win from six starts but showed obvious promise when second over C&D last month. Struggled off 4lb higher mark last time but return to C&D is a plus.
Landed Catterick handicap last August but not gone on since, including 9L eighth in York handicap (7f) earlier this month. Eased 2lb but a bit to prove now.
Still a maiden after four starts but showed some promise in maiden/novice company. Last seen finishing 6L eighth at Ayr (7f) this month so work to do on that.

Dick Datchery (3/1), Foreshore (9/2), Many A Star (11/2), Stittenham Wood (6/1), Big Impact (6/1), Knightcap (8/1), Kendred Soul (10/1), Roseina's Voice (10/1), Glorious Rio (14/1), Ventura Flame (28/1)
Most of these types have a little bit to prove after their last efforts and it may be worth taking a chance on BIG IMPACT to make a winning debut in this sphere. The three-year-old was last seen winning at Southwell and the form of that race is working out nicely. With the plus that he goes well when fresh, he could be a dark horse. It is unknown what to expect from Glorious Rio but he looked better suited to this level on his previous runs, while Foreshore also has strong previous C&D form. Dick Datchery and Ventura Flame have smart winning form in the past, but the handicapper hasn't been kind to both of them.

- Foreshore
- Glorious Rio
