Put an inauspicious debut behind him and came in for support when a 5-1 chance at Chepstow last month (6f, good), always doing enough to hold the runner-up at bay and win in promising fashion. Penalised here, but much respected in follow-up bid.
Supported ahead of his recent Leicester debut (6f, good to firm), where he ran on well when the penny dropped and scored by 3L. That was particularly promising and any improvement would give him a real chance of defying his penalty.
Gelded prior to his debut, where he was well held at Chepstow (7f,good) in blinkers. They were retained when he made an improved effort at Lingfield (6f, AW) recently, but he still needs another decent step up on that to win here.
Equiano colt who was 22-1 on debut at Newbury (6f, good to soft) earlier in the month and after being up with the pace, he weakened to be 6L ninth. Should come on for that experience, so check the market for any greater confidence this time.
Son of Mustajeeb, who was a 5-1 chance on debut in the Leicester maiden won by Sadiqaa. Dwelt at the start and then raced keenly, so there could be a fair bit more to come from him this time. Each-way player.
6-1 drifter on debut at Windsor (6f, good) last month, where he lost his hind shoe and was well held. Likely to be capable of better than he was able to show there.
£22,000 yearling; second foal; dam Swedish 1m½f winner. In good hands and trainer is 16% with his 2yos over five seasons. No surprise if this colt makes a competitive debut.
10,000gns foal; €30,000 yearling; third foal; dam 1m4f winning half-sister to 7½f-1m1½f winner Mr Owen. Trainer 12% with his 2yos over five seasons and can have debut winners, so check the market for clues.
£2,500 yearling; 16,000gns 2yo; half-brother to 5f 2yo winner Capla Dancer, out of a 6f Fibresand winner, who is half-sister to seven winners. Trainer 4% with her 2yos over five years and is better known for 3yo successes.
25-1 for last month's debut at Kempton (6f, AW), where he swerved left at the start, then hung ran and ran very green. Can only watch on this first turf start.
Easy enough to back 13-2 chance on debut at Wolverhampton (6f, AW) last month, where he was keen early and made no impression, though didn't finish far away. Has something to build on here and can't write him off.
9-2 chance for her debut at Lingfield (6f, good) last month, where she did well to finish a 2½L fifth after meeting with traffic problems at a vital stage. Can build on that promising effort here and no surprise if she is very competitive.

While there is always slight concern about juveniles successfully carrying penalties, in this case, the manner in which SADIQAA won on debut suggests that he may be capable of doing so. Fellow scorer Et Tu Brute clearly can't be ruled out, but if the selection improves then he will need to do so even more based on his winning effort. Jadwal and Bahia Star could both get more closely involved, while May Night and Olympic Theatre are newcomers of interest.
