Improved on his debut effort when 3½L fourth in a Dundalk maiden (5f, AW) earlier in the month, showing some promise. Needs another significant step up on that to be winning, but can't write him off.
€27,000 yearling; half-brother to three sprint winners, two of them as juveniles. Dam an unraced sister to 6f Group 1 Golden Jubilee winner Fayr Jag. Very promising pedigree and represents a trainer who is 12% with his 2yos. Interesting newcomer.
€800 foal; €18,000 yearling; half-brother to 1m AW winner Crafty Hugo; dam unplaced 5f-1m2f in France, half-sister to a 2yo Listed winner. Probably one to watch on his debut.
Nibbled at in the market when 16-1 on debut at Fairyhouse (6f, good to firm) last month, but made no impression when it mattered there and finished last of 14. Can only watch until there are signs of ability.
€5,000 foal; £15,000 yearling; £28,000 2yo. Dam placed 5f at two (moderate form) and is a sister to 5f-7½f winner Marietta Robusti and half-sister to a 5f 2yo Listed winner. Trainer's runners in decent form but watching brief advised on debut.
Has run with credit in all three starts, including over C&D on debut. Positive that her latest effort was an improvement at Cork (6f, good) and looks a big player in this field, now dropped back in trip.
€2,200 yearling; half-brother to five winners, the best of whom was Purcell (6f-7f). All five won over sprint trips, one of them at up to 1m. Dam 7½f winner who has stamina on her side of the pedigree. Interesting newcomer.
Filly by Lethal Force out of a Kodiac mare. 9-1 drifter on debut at Tipperary (5f, yld) last month, when slowly away and never involved. Last of 12 there, and can only watch and hope for better this time.
Came in for a bit of support on debut when 12-1 for a Roscommon maiden (7f, yld) last month, when she couldn't make much impression in finishing held in sixth. Big improvement needed to figure this time.
Dragon Pulse filly out of a Clodovil mare. Big prices and comfortably held in both starts so far, over 6½f/6f. Not devoid of promise, but looks more one to consider in minor handicaps in the futute.

Dense Star (8/11), Steel Bull (2/1), Giselles Thunder (2/1), Urban Step (10/1), Ginato (14/1), Tammany Hall (18/1), Lisabetta (20/1), Lord Dudley (20/1), Mr Fayez (28/1), Betrayed (66/1), One Smart Cookie (66/1), Orochi (100/1)
Newcomer Ginato has a good pedigree and it isn't beyond the realms of possibility to see him making a winning debut, but with a positive experience under her belt, the suggestion is to side with GISELLES THUNDER this time. Dense Star is another filly who can go well, while Urban Step is another debutant of interest.
