Beginning to look vulnerable for win purposes given record of 0-12. His recent third over half a furlong shorter at this track would have to see him enter the frame off a 2lb lower mark. Stable form would be the only worry.
Below-par when last seen finishing fourth of five at Leicester (6f; good to firm) recently. However, he would have place claims if back to the form of either of his two placed efforts the time before that.
3lb below the mark he scored off over this C&D in June 2018. Hasn't had many goes over this trip (campaigned over 6f/7f more often) since then but the majority of his form since then would leave him with a bit to find.
Sole victory on turf came over this C&D last June. 11lb below that mark now after a string of quiet efforts, in which the highlight has been a fourth-placed finish at Wolverhampton (6f; standard) in December. Look elsewhere for more solid options.
Best watched on seasonal reappearance given how poorly she ran throughout the best part of 2019, including when last of 10 at Kempton (6f; standard to slow) in October. Stable going well, but it would be a surprise if she suddenly bounced back.
10lb below last winning mark but hinted at a return to form when not beaten far into third at Chepstow (5f; good) on Friday. Four-time course winner must always be respected at this venue so he is high on the shortlist.
Showed much more promise off this dwindling mark when fourth over C&D on seasonal reappearance. May have finished closer but for being interfered within in the closing stages too. Definite player if able to back that up.
May have needed the run when fifth of seven on seasonal/handicap/turf debut at Leicester (5f; good to firm). One of the more lightly raced sorts in this race which is a very weak affair. Not totally discounted.

Q Twenty Boy (5/2), Tawaafoq (3/1), Vincenzo Coccotti (9/2), Spirit Of Ishy (11/2), Jaganory (6/1), Scarlet Red (16/1), Miracle Garden (22/1), Heartstar (28/1), Diamond Cara (28/1)
Despite the fact he hasn't been the most consistent in recent times and he is 0-17 overall, Spirit Of Ishy would be dangerous to dismiss off such a lowly mark after showing much more to finish fourth at Bath. He may have finished even closer but for suffering a rough time of things late on (short of room and hit on the nose by rival's whip). Similar comments apply to Q Twenty Boy who is also a maiden (0-12) but ran one of his better races when placed at this track two weeks ago. The safest option looks to be JAGANORY though who could be very well handicapped (10lb below last winning mark) after bouncing back to form to finish third at Chepstow just five days ago.
- Jaganory
- Q Twenty Boy
