Green as a 3yo in three maiden/minor races he didn't look any more experienced on his first 4yo start at Hamilton (raced freely, hung right). Always behind he's now equipped with a first-time tongue-tie, doesn't look particularly well treated.
Fair in handicaps his one win coming last year at Musselburgh (9f, good/soft) off a 2lb lower mark. Appears to have got back on track of late shaping well enough over 1m on the AW last time, looks as though further would suit on recent evidence.
Far from the performer he once was for this yard but still capable of travelling well in his races especially in this sort of grade. Ran a typical race last time though back from a long break at Musselburgh (7.2f, good) finding little off the bridle.
Back to wining ways when scoring at Thirsk (1m, good) on penultimate start doing well to score against a pace bias (led late on). Failed to follow up at Hamilton (8.3f, good/soft) producing an underwhelming display (had no excuses), may bounce back.
In need of the run when faced with an inadequate 6f on his return from five months off at Hamilton. Has won on turf (2-24) but on balance is better on the AW (5-27), the fact that he's well below his last winning mark could be a factor though.
C&D winner but like a few in this the wins have been infrequent with her last win coming back in 2018. Offered a little more than of late last time over 7.2f here but in truth it was a weak contest (winner Lagenda runs 3.20), needs others to falter.
Hit a rich vein of form late last year winning three from four at up to 8.3f at Hamilton (twice) and Musselburgh. Yet to recapture anything like that form this year in two attempts, tried over 10f last time, still above last winning mark.
Modest maiden who this yard have yet to find the key to although he shaped quite nicely for a while last time at Doncaster (1m, good/soft), effort short-lived in the end. Tongue-tie on first-time, 12lb below original mark, may click at some point.

Insurplus (11/4), Catch My Breath (3/1), Dreamseller (16/5), Lucky Violet (6/1), Reaver (10/1), Celtic Artisan (10/1), My Valentino (16/1), Jacob Black (18/1), Philip's Wish (22/1), Khazaf (40/1)
Low-grade affair with question marks about those likely to be at the head of the market, therefore it may pay to take a chance with CELTIC ARTISAN who shaped better than his finishing position when last seen on the Flat. He disappointed over hurdles last time but is well handicapped on the Flat if he gets a less aggressive ride. Catch My Breath has been edging closer to another win but looks as though he’ll need further to achieve that aim while Dreamseller has to bounce back from a poor run last time. My Valentino should be seen to better effect back at 1m while a market move for Khazaf off a tumbling mark wouldn’t be a surprise.
