Modest sort over hurdles. Always towards rear, never a factor on chasing debut at Killarney earlier this month, tailed off last of 14.
Pleasing effort on first start over fences in a Killarney beginners contest over 2m5f earlier this month, finishing second of the 14 runners. One for the shortlist.
Moderate novice form last year winning a maiden hurdle at Tramore in June. Well held in a number of starts since and best watched on chasing debut.
Useful on the Flat and is a 126-rated handicap hurdler. Disappointed when making a few mistakes as beaten favourite on chasing debut at Killarney earlier this month.
Ran well over hurdles at Tipperary last month. Well held on latest start over the larger obstacles at Tramore last October but worthy of consideration in better form.
Deservedly off the mark at the 12th time of asking for connections when landing a Ballinrobe handicap hurdle in September. Last seen in December. Market likely to be the best guide on chasing introduction.
Solid 134-rated hurdler. Last seen racing down the field in the Grade 1 David Nicholson mares' hurdle at the Cheltenham festival in March. Could be of interest on chasing debut for leading trainer/jockey combination.
Without a victory in six starts over hurdles with the daughter of Network producing more negatives than positives in her starts in a lightly raced career. Market the best guide on debut over fences.
Six-race maiden over fences for this daughter of Grandera. Needs to find a bit of her point-to-point form following a number of inept efforts over fences between October/March.
Consistent profile over hurdles with 14 placed efforts and two wins in 27 attempts. Not disgraced on chasing debut at Killarney earlier this month but more needed here.
Yet to shine in a number of starts for current connections following a win in France 12 months ago. Could be capable of a big run on chasing debut looking at some of her rivals.
Forecasts
Popong (2/1), Dime A Dozen (5/2), Graceland (10/3), Zarkareva (7/1), Lucky Phil (16/1), Rapid Response (16/1), Pivotal Flame (25/1), Something Sweet (33/1), Do Ya Feel Lucky (80/1), Sliabh Mhuire Lass (100/1), All Class (300/1)
The Gordon Elliott-trained GRACELAND can turn the tables on Dime A Dozen in the opener to get off the mark for connections at the second attempt. The mare finished behind the J J Hanlon-trained daughter of Jeremy at Killarney 12 days ago, but the drop in trip points towards a bold effort from the eight-year-old for the Elliott/Russell combination. Popong for trainer Henry De Bromhead could be of interest on chasing debut while Lucky Phil and Rapid Response should not be taken lightly.
