7,000 euros Markaz gelding out of an unraced dam. Slow away and never competitve when always rear and last of 4 on debut here over 6f last month. Steps up a furlong but may be one for nurseries later in the term.
Bang in-form stable has 27% strike-rate here with juveniles and this 75,000gns Free Eagle colt is a half-brother to Group 3 winner Regal Reality. Promise when third over 7f at Wolverhampton recently and should go close granted normal improvement.
Fastnet Rock colt whose unraced dam is half-sister to Group 1 sprint star Society Rock. Looks the part on paper and should know his job on debut. Top yard has won this race twice in the last three years.

Mustajeeb gelding out of an unraced mare. Showed pace until weakening over 1f out on debut at Redcar 7f just over three weeks ago. Has a bit to prove and may be found wanting.

35,000 euros Siyouni colt out of a French Group 3 winner at around 1m1f. Yard a bit hit and miss at present but have solid 15% strike-rate with juvenile here so could easily get involved on this first racecourse appearance.

No Nay Never colt cost 40,000 vendor euros and is out of a 1m-1m2f winner. Yard has the odd 2yo winner and their few runners of late have performed well. Worth a market check on racecourse bow.

£2,500 gelded son of Orientor out of a 6f-7f winner. Makes racecourse debut here and wears a hood so may be a touch temperamental. Yard in decent form but will do well to get involved first time out.

Siyouni colt out of 1m 2yo winner. Shown ability both runs finishing third on debut at Windsor 6f last month and not disgraced when less then 2 lengths last of four at Kempton last time. Extra furlong may help but yard 0-8 with juveniles here.

Forecasts

Zaisan (9/4), Eagle's Realm (9/4), Sonderbar (10/3), Fast Moon (9/2), There's No Danger (16/1), A Boy Named Ivy (20/1), Five And Dime (40/1), Wrecked It Ralph (80/1)

Verdict

EAGLE'S REALM showed enough when third on debut at Wolverhampton to suggest he could be up to winning this with that experience to draw on. His in-form yard has a fine 25% overall win rate at this venue. Fast Moon hails from the yard that has won two of the three renewals of this race so has to be respected having a very appealing pedigree, while another newcomer, Sonderbar, also looks the part on paper and the market may indicate how confident connections are in him going well first time. Southern raider Zaisan should win a race or two and will benefit from the step up to 7f while There's No Danger is another nicely bred newcomer who is worth a glance.
  1. Eagle's Realm
  2. Fast Moon
  3. Zaisan
