Winner of a novices' handicap chase over an extended 2m7f at Huntingdon (soft) in January by 4¼L on his most recent start. Raised 2lb for that victory and a bold show looks likely on seasonal reappearance.
Won and placed in point-to-point races during the 2018/19 season but form tailed off in that sphere and he pulled up on Rules return at Chepstow (heavy) in January. Market support would be notable on debut for a new yard.
Beaten 60L when finishing seventh in a novices' handicap hurdle over an extended 2m4f at Market Rasen (good-to-soft) in December. Absent since and wears a tongue tie for the first time returning to fences on his debut for this stable.
Out of form in three starts since winning over 3m2f at Newton Abbot (good-to-soft) in September last year. Back down to his last winning mark and return to a forecast sound surface should see him in a better light.
Fair 16L third in a 2m3f handicap chase at Catterick (soft) in December but failed to build on that when fifth at Sedgefield (2m5f, soft) on his only subsequent start. Races off a mark 1lb lower than for his most recent victory.
14 race maiden was beaten 26L when fourth in first time cheekpieces (absent here) over 2m5f at Fakenham (good-to-soft) in January. Probably best watched on debut for a new trainer.
12 race maiden was sent off favourite when beaten 47L in finishing sixth over an extended 2m5f at Market Rasen (soft) in January. Market support would be notable on his seasonal reappearance.
Making his handicap and chase debut when finishing 54L sixth over an extended 2m4f at Southwell (good) earlier this month. Wears a tongue tie for the first time.
Sole victory from 39 previous starts came in a 2m4f handicap hurdle at Fairyhouse (yielding) in November 2015. Others hold more obvious claims having finished 50L sixth at Doncaster (3m, good) in March when last in action.
58 race maiden finished a well beaten sixth at Uttoxeter (3m, soft) in a handicap chase in October on his most recent start. Looks up against it racing from two stone out of the handicap.
Forecasts
Robyndzone (7/4), Perpignan (6/1), Bocasien Desbois (13/2), Hidden Cargo (7/1), Game Line (17/2), Misdflight (10/1), Our Uncle Pat (10/1), First Man (22/1), Go To Court (25/1), Sussex Road (200/1)
GAME LINE has shown good form on the forecast good ground and he can put some disappointing soft and heavy ground efforts last season behind him to take this staying handicap chase. The selection stays this trip well and can get the better of top weight Robyndzone who was a winner on his most recent outing while third place can go to Bocasien Desbois who has won off higher marks in the past.
- Game Line
- Robyndzone
- Bocasien Desbois
